OK, here is the scoop:

Without getting into all of the details, the software that this site has
been running on does not meet the requirements for the way that I am trying
to run this program.

For that reason, I am changing software. ?Unfortunately, I do not have a
reasonable process for transfering the membership and for this reason, I
have lowered the payout to $1.00 to allow the active members on the existing
software to cash out.

On Jan. 24, 2003, I will be manually transfering all Gold Members over to
the new software and activiating them as Gold Members there. On Jan. 25,
2003, I will announce the site URL to everyone else.

Both the old and the new software will run concurrently until all of the
redemption requests have been processed on the old software. ?After that,
the old software will be dropped and the old site will be setup to redirect
to the new.

Only, International, might add more later if there is a demand)
?More advertising options.
?Detailed transactions and hit history for advertising.
?All site advertising gets entered into the site Search Engine.


Payouts: ?Due to the many people that have denied the payments that had been
sent to them over the past week, I am not sending out any more payments until
my bank transfer is completed. ?At that time, I will use the bulk payments
feature of PayPal.

PLEASE, do not send another redemption request if you have already sent one.
This could just slow down the process if I end up looking up your balance
several times since it takes as long as 5 minutes on some accounts.

If you have requested a payout already, but would now like to use some of
the payout for a gold membership, please use the redemption and I will adjust
the bulk pay spreadsheet.
