When did they sign-up? It can take up to 48 hours for them to get their Activation Email. From what I understand of the site's scripting after a new member pays they are added in manually.

I believe there was an email from nigel about a week or so ago saying the referral earnings would be added soon.. but I don't have the email anymore.

Have you contacted him? He's very good about answering.
