I've been scouring the web looking for various affiliate programs. The problem is that there are so many to choose from and I don't know which ones actually pay! If you belong to a great affiliate program, PM me the link and a little bit about it and I'll look into it.

I need some that will be allowed on a PTR domain as well as some for on regular site (please tell me if PTR allowed when PMing). Please don't PM a program that hasn't paid you. I will consider any type of program (commissions on sales, per click, per impression, etc.). Must pay by check or paypal and prefer lower payout minimums but will consider high ones, as well. Let me know if there is referral levels/earnings. If there is and I join, I will definitely use your referral link. I'm especially looking for programs that offer earnings on referrals but will consider others.

When PMing, please tell me as much of the following as you can:
1) type of program
2) has it paid you regularly?
3) can use with PTR domain or not?
4) payout minimum?
5) payout schedule?
6) referral program?
7) anything else you think is important...lol
