yes, Michelle (DuskyMamma) the WM is very responsive with payments and ads submission. and she almost online anytime.
I got paid almost instantly at her other site-penguinpassion (within 20 minutes via e-gold with no fees), not including two random payouts.

, will reach payout at dolphincents soon.

Yes, a very good webmistress indeed. She's always responsive and friendly. I'm all her four programs. I've only reached payout in WhaleIntoMail yet, she paid me within 4 days through Paypal.

Only 3 cents a day with Dolphin Cents? Well, then I recommend the ptc section. There are usually lots of well paid banners there.

Edited to add: By the way, I believe there haven't been sent that many mails during the last day or two because of a server change. That could explain it.
