I have an owner in my downline, who is requesting payout.
Problem is, sometime in the past two days all information for address, city, state and zip has been deleted. Also, the password was changed. I think the account may have been hacked.
I have sent them back a request for payment, what type they would like and how to be paid.
I have emailed the owner, and asked if they made such changes. If they have, they have broken the terms of the agreement. They have been making money off their downlines, yet the program has been "broke" for sometime now, and all accounts, including mine are no longer valid and there is no contact from this person. They are ripping of members, not making any effort that I have seen in anyway to make things right.
Let me know what you all think.

No, he has not been inactive yet. I delete inactives at least every other day. Their account has been "active" all along.
What bothers me most is the change in the account info and the password. I have tried emailing him at the two address I have, as well as pm here on forum, but no answer yet. I was hoping to compare to other payments made, to see if they request to same account, but they have not been paid before.

I would say if he/she does not answer you then I would send a final email that you have tried contacting them and no response therefore the payment request has been denied... and to remind him that if the information required is not filled in by a certain date you will delete him...
