Any one can explain to me how can I start a site like these? I will pay to all.

Heres a simple answer: NONE

Those are all sites that don't have money and will jsut scam their members. If you are thinking about starting a site with those high amount of emails then you will be scamming everyone too(unless if you are a millionaire that likes to give out money). I suggest you start a low payout, low email site so you can afford to pay your members.
