Do you mean paid-to-promote sites? ShareAdSpace is the only one I use

for paid-to-promote I like AutoVisiting, NoMoreClicking, and WarpSurf cuz you can get paid to autosurf and paid to promote. all three earn very easily and pay.

I use banner-mania.com for banner impressions. earns pretty well, but have not reached payout yet.
