I would like to buy some referalls, but i have some doubts:
Do i pay them after they join me, and i see their name in my referall list?
What if the ref i bought just takes my money and dont use the program?

I am not an expert, but I have bought a few refferals in the referral exchange forum and yes you pay the person after they have joined. As for them not using the program, you can complian in the complaints folder and they may be stopped from using the referral forum again. I am sure that won't happen though as must people here want to join these kind of programs.

another way to help with making sure your refferals are activ is offering bonuses after they earn soo much.

I wanna know if it is Possible to Purchase Advertising and referral ... via credit card ? , Coz I live in the Philippines, and PayPal , dont Have my country in their list, as of my E-Gold account doesnt meet the value which is required for purchasing them , Still i dont Know How To Fund My E-Gold, Since Theres No Gold Trader that allow my Country to trade.
