Last night I was getting a request to install a turkish language pack whenever I went to wepaymail, gainmail, and possibly another of the gainmail sites.... I didn't feel like searching for my windows disk, and I didn't want to but I had to click to never install language packs to get rid of it.
Today I am getting a full screen comcast webpage dialog WITH SOUND, every time I click on a paid email at gainmail. How am I supposed to support the advertisers when I get that popup on my screen? Normally it wouldn't bother me too much but since it is a webpage dialog I cannot close it with the popup program I use for IE.
I normally don't use firefox for these sites but is this going to become standard? Am I going to have to use firefox to avoid this, and advise all my referrals to do the same? I hate popups, but popups with sound are twice as bad.
I am not saying anything bad about gainmail itself. I love the site... but I can't stand getting this popup every time.

off topic, I think Sakura is cute, but there will not be a happy ending between her and that red-eye arrogant guy.

I don't see how it was off topic at all...

I am having the same problem... these popups with sound and vidoe are toooooooooooo annoying .. I think if it stays the same I'll have to leave these sites ... and as you said we cannot close these things so it means we cannot even look at the advertisers sites ....
