I just got this email from one of my members...I am APPAULED by some of the webmasters!!!

She writes......

OK thats not a problem, i can do that lol its not your site its the ones like wish for money ,,,,,,,,i got booted and they have sent nothing no go to china i mean nothing lol and then there is monker which is a sweet webmaster i lost all there and that in cludes gold and platium but at least hes giving those back all the others are recharging me even tho i kept the letter the sent for receipt of my upgrade


How bad is that!

I couldn't even think if charging someone again after data was lost...it is my responsibility as a Site Owner to keep records and if they send a verification, well that's just double the confirmation!

Webmsters who were effected by the MyEcom Programming error that are trying to charge members AGAIN for gold memberships and such should BE ASHAMED of themselves!

If I was on a site that decided to charge me again for gold membership after I had paid for it once already would find me emailing all the payment details to them, then if they said I still had to pay again they would find the details placed up here, and a complaint put in to wherever I bought it from / paid for it for. If it was an ebay auction a complaint registered there and a mark on their feedback, and if paid through paypal a complaint sent to them.

If you pay for something then it should be honored whether there has been a database loss or not.

No no no!!! I would feel like I owe THEM, not they owe ME! Good lord! None of this is the fault of the webmaster but you dang sure don't go and charge someone an upgrade fee a second time over something that's not even their fault. Wow... it's easy to see why it's so hard to earn trust.

I guess I am fortunate to belong to most of the better paid to reads...I have only had a few lil problems with some newer PTR's that haven't stayed around long enough to complain about LOL

I would makea few cents and the POOF they would be gone LOL

I only hope that people don't get so disgusted that they go away and don't come back.

I am sticking around if for nothing else there is always the entertainment value of the whole thing LOL

I had already decided to extend the memberships of my upgraded members (mine are annual).

I have also extended generous bonus' to my members...not all of them know yet because I can't get into my admin area but all who have emailed me have heard and I am still selling my packages on Ebay and everyone is sitting waiting for the server move to be finished....I have such wonderful members =)

Even though I have a bulliten on my main page about the server change and things not being abl to be sent...I am still getting about 100 new members a day =)

Lets just hope it continues and my transition is smooth LOL Because I have tons of free stuff to give to my loyal members.

Hi Colleen, what program do you run? LOL only askin cause i wanna see if i am in it. I belong to a lot of prgrams and the majority are good ones. I also belong to some of the hacked programs and have had to start over from scratch in some but that is my fault also because i didnt keep records of all my downlines ect at least i use pay pal so if i payed them thru there i have a record (unless i get one like the person you originally wrote about) there are a couple programs i no longer belong to one of wich in 48 hours im gonna post a lot of stuff if he doesnt straighten out the mess (Never has anyone on the net pi--ed me off this bad!!!) anyway I just wanted to know which program you run because you sound like a great webmaster and I only want to be with the best now as the rest well they can go you know what lol.thanks for your time and keep up the good work

I own PaidMailInc.com.....things were just gettin good and WHAM John made a booboo and now we are back to January 8th stats.

Reputaion is EVERYTHING in a business and I have a good one with my other on line business' and will have with this one if wecan get back on track.
