What are some good paid to search programs? Also, once I join one, whats the best way to earn off them? Thanks.

Im not really sure what exactly you're looking for....
Most PTRs today are so-called PaidToSearch as they send out lots of search ads...
However, If you mean Search Engines (SEs), then i would reccommend XraySearch, VejaSeek, TapirSearch
The best way to earn from them, well the only way to earn from them, is to advertise their search portals...
Most ppl here advertise them at PTRs, though i dont do it myself anymore as i found myself lose more money than i earn....
Anyway, there are lots of ppl that think that SEs are much better to earn money and they indeed earn much more than the average PTR "clicker"
