upon clicking some paid emails from SpiderManEmails I was rather dismayed to see that my earnings had been completely wiped, no money, no points, I get the impression either somebody has hacked them or their webhost has corrupted their database
I'm just glad it's only a small amount I lost out on though it's the principle of it that really gets to me, if it is an entire database wipe of all earnings there will definitely be some members who will have lost an amount close to the payout minimum

They were saying earlier that MEC went back 2 weeks in time and there is no sense in loading the backups until the problem was fixed.
I wouldn't try to click on any emails because you might have to do it all over again.
It is, but from what I have heard, some of the webmasters backedup the program yesterday before the server went down, and messed up. They are not reloading the backups until they hear from John. Even the Mec forum lost two weeks of posts, and members.

Looks like the system reset to Jan 4. My latest backup is for Jan 3. I am trying to contact the host to see if they have a later backup to restore but it is not looking very good. It will probably take me until Sunday to fix everything I can, like the early payouts I made, redemptions, new gold memberships, etc, etc.
As for new signups since the 4th it doesn't look like I will be able to do anything about this. Should you feel you need to contact me then email me at support@centsablemail.com. Just remember I will be very busy and may take awhile to answer and there is probably not a lot I will be able to do to comfort you.

Thats one good thing about CAC scripts...lol....there is a bug thats a pain in the behind that wipes out user data sometimes and tells the person they have to confirm their email address even if they have already done this
