I'm just curious and also trying to be educated about these things:

I mean no malice toward John from MyEcom but let me ask these questions, if I may:

1. When does your frustration level get to the point that you realize the months and months of problems are hurting your earning power?

2. Are there NO other alternative providers within your budget?

3. I appreciate brand loyalty, but when the brand fails and continues to fail, isn't it time to seek out a new brand?

4. What is the sole drawing factor that keeps you attached to a problematic provider?


Maybe by answering these questions publicly, your members could have a better idea of why/when/how the problems exist and more of a view of the "back office" functions of a PTR site.
