Read this
A member is the most important visitor on our site
He is not dependant on us
We are dependant on him
He is not an interruption on our work
He is the purpose of it
He is not an outsider on our business
He is part of it
We are not doing him a favour by serving him
He is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so
Even though your are an owner
Both members and webmasters must work together to acheive the best

Well said! I think we can all tend to lose sight of that from time to time. Thanks for the great reminder!

I agree and disagree. As I see it there is no one more important than anyone else. Both advertisers and members are equally important. It is our jobs as webmasters to provide balance to both. Even if it means sucking it up and taking a loss.
As my members are aware. I lost all data from Jan 4 up to Jan 15. My fault yes, members or advertiser fault, no way.
As for lost referrals there really isn't much I can do. As for the members and advertiser, since I can not verify that all advertisements have ran there course. All advetisements since Jan 1 will be resent. This will recoup the money and points my member lost as well as make sure my advertisers have received what they paid for. Again as I said earlier, if you screw up, you must suck it up and get on with business. So members of Centsable Mail get ready for a flood of emails as soon as I get everything back into shape.

I am not sure who you are, I do know that I have had one account in my hold basket to review for restoration. I just haven't had the time yet. The problem with my scripts is I cannot just insert someone. You must sign up again and reconfirm before I can do anything about restoring earnings and these restorations are done on a case by case basis. These restorations are also done only after some research. If someone's account is deleted for in activity and reaserch shows reqular clicking upto that time, the account will most likely be restored. If the account shows sporatic (ms) clicking upto the 30 days inactivity then forget it, you had already given up. Give me time to deal with the database loss and email me again at support@centsablemail.com

Also, if this happen before Nov 28, 2002, then I will have to ask your forgiveness, it is to old to do anything about. Just remember webmasters are human too, we do make mistakes.

Well if it was before november and he just brings it up now shame on him. But if you can do anything to help him out, compromise in some way it can earn you a great deal of respect.

I agree. Without members, there can be no paid-to-read
programs, so owners should not act as if using their web site is a privilege. If members ask a question, just answer it - don't tell them they should have read an e-mail you sent two months ago.

Yes you need members to have a site......but you need advertisers too....or you will have no members or no site.
They both should be delt with promoptly and will respect.
I agreeed with some of the points in the standards agreement...however......its very one sided.......It has ONLY the Members Interested at heart.....It has nothing to do with Advertisers or Webmasters

Ron, I am not talking about your program. Your program is great and love it, I have no complaints about it.
I was referring to bemybubble..
Sorry Ron
