I know what you mean about it being awkward to search for things, but then again, I work on quantity with complaints. I expect any complaint thread on Misty or Hauling to go for 5 pages at least, simply because these programs have a lot of supporters.
So, when checking up on a program I'm not sure about, I couldn't really use length as an indicator. However, if I see 20 threads pop up, I would be a little more concerned.
It's a pain to search for threads, and it is a pain to have to read through 20 different ones, but if something's worth doing, it's worth doing right

The ones that irritate me are the people who post on the end of an existing thread, then start their own :s
