...but I can't figure out a way to design it. I've thought and thought...but I can't figure out a way to organize it, hehe.

What I'm planning to do is start a site where you can be paid to sign up for programs, and people can buy guaranteed referrals. HOWEVER, this will not be your average guaranteed signups program. There will of course be the option to buy guaranteed signups where the member is paid once to join up (I know that many people join solely for the money and aren't active afterwards). Also, people can bid to buy referrals for their paid programs...like offer $2 to sign up for bla-bla-bla. Finally, the part I am having the most trouble with: Guaranteed ACTIVE referrals. What I was planning is that the member signs up for the offer, and is offered an amount of money (like $0.20 or something) per month for staying active...like at the beginning of each month or exactly a month after they have joined, they have to upload a screenshot of their stats.) Also, the advertiser (who will have an advertisers account) will have an option to verify that the members are still active...like at the beginning of the month, there will be a page with the people who have signed up under them and they can check off who is still in their downline. This will be an option (like a small extra fee) because many programs do not show who is in the downline.

And so for days, I've just sat and thought, and thought, and written things down, and thought some more, and talked to some people...and I can't figure out how this will work. Am I just shooting for too much? Any suggestions?
