Yep--he's the one. Begged everyone at ISAAF to forgive him, he'll never do it again, blah, blah. Said he did it just to see if it could be done.

Its not all that difficult to get verified, just a banking account, credit card of some sort, you see them all over the net, pay a high fee, get a card, what bothers me is the unconfirmed address.

Hard telling although I am contacting a few people I know have had "dealings" with him and might know a little more. Wonder if theres anyway to find out if the business itself is registered anywhere.
