Search4Search doesn't reply to members emails either.
Why doesn't this group help members when they are in trouble?

I think youre just one of a very tiny group that goes around giving companies a bad rep. Please supply evidence of your claims

I requested redemption twice from search4search and they stil haven't replied to my redemption request
My first request was around the 3rd of Jan my second two days ago.... stil no reply
I realise that it takes time to process redemptions but a courtesy email would be nice

Perhaps you need to read things more carefully
I request redemptions and they get done of the day, this is because i follow instructions.
After you request redemptions you have to fill out the advertising form.. as it says on the site..

Search4search never replies to redemptions.
All redemptions are sent in the order they are received and its your responsiblity to log into your account and check your stats bse when your ad is sent, you'll see that your account has been debited and ofcourse your stats will be there.
Also,if you read the top of the emails...like Lachlan said, redemptions have to be done a certain way.If you dont do your redemption that way,it will be ignored. This is on the site and for a week,it was put at the top of the emails for all to see.
Plus, anyone who redeemed for ST was put on hold until that engine cleared itself up(an email was sent to all who redeemed for ST with this info).
If you redeemed that long ago as you claim and your ad wasnt sent out,you didnt do something right and it was ignored.Learn to do things right and to contact the webmaster before rushing to the forum to complain.

Ofcourse

Well if you have filled out the adverting page.. make sure that as nze says it's not a searchtime link
S4Search won't actually reply to your redemption theyll just send ur ad out.. check ur advertising stats.. can u see that the mail has been sent out and that your earnings has been deducted from your account?

Just dont complain without getting your facts right--sometimes,it saves you a headache and a great deal of time if you ask/inquire about these things first before complaining.

Oh and pls make sure you followed the instructions on the redemption page, otherwise you might be waiting for no good reason.
(if you didnt get it right the first time, know you have the info so try again)
