What in the world is wrong with hauling cash, I hate to bomb this site as I know they pay and Mike is good too his members but the expired email is getting out of hand, I just deleted almost 300 mail from my inbox that only spanned from Oct 11 to today, thats only 2 days...

One of 2 things has too happen stop sending so many ads that members can't even get a chance to click or extend the time a little. I use a web based email program for Hauling Cash and the ads are plugging my inbox, now if they weren't half expired this would be great but 60 to 70% are expired before I even get a chance to view them. Hauling cash never used to be this way, it only started about maybe 3 weeks ago, why? When I first joined this site emails lasted a lot longer than this. I am getting really tired of the expired ads...anyone else.

People pay for a certain number of clicks, and those Hauling Clickers are fassssst.. smile.gif

You do have my Apologies on this one.. I am Well Aware that the ads Expire fast, But I can only send the Clicks that have been purchased.. I really dont think I could last very long if I were to start sending Free Clicks..I have been pushing the Advertisers Hard to get the Larger Click ads..Some have agreed. Others are reluctant for various reasons. Either way, I am and Have been trying to resolve this issue.. I am in no posistion to Refuse advertisers because they can only afford 500 Clicks. I dunno what else to say.. Except thanks for Yet Another Complaint Thread..Would have been much nicer had you Contacted me before coming here to complain. But no problem, I'm working on it smile.gif

Only thing is to get them done fast. Its not mikes fault or yours, but people pay for certain clicks and with so many members, everyone needs to get in fast.

I for one know this as an advertiser. I placed an ad with hauling for 500 clicks I believe not to long ago, and in mere hours if not within the hour it was done. All clicks gotten.

With so many members and so many emails, maybe instead of holding off a day, get them done as they come in or sooner smile.gif

at least HIS pay something, not just one tenth of a penny, I realize you have to be quick to get in oh his, but at least i KNOW i'll get paid in the end!!! Makes a big difference, and I think it's much better to see them expire, than to be sent again as resends....always a bad sign.

Mike maybe I should have came to you sooner, rather than post here and for that I appologize, I do love your site, please don't think this post as one to thrash you or your company. Hauling Cash I can honestly say is one of a very few I have actually been paid from. It is just so frustrating getting the expired link page about 100 times. But what is even more frustrating is that when I first joined the site I reached payout 2 weeks afterwards, without referrals, because the emails never expired as fast, my second payout came in about 2 to 3 weeks, also without referrals, and again because the emails never expired so fast, now I have been working at my mails for over 1 month with 41 referrals and I am having the times of my life trying to make it to the $5.00 payout, because of all the expired mail. I can usually do alot of mail in one day, but if I read 100 and only about 10 are good...I have and will continue to support this site.

Thanks Mike for the unbelievably fast response, if I had known you were this fast at responding I would have emailed you with this concern.

HC's 500 clicks - 1/4 cent ads are the best "value-pack" of advertizing at HC. The price is right and the results are quite good.

I've bought quite a few of those recently and was very pleased with the results. The 500 clicks were gone like in a few hours. And, naturally, HC's members are extremely reliable.

IMO, that value-pack is the best choice of advertizing at HC for my type of business. But, it comes with clicks for only the first 500 members. That's the down side for members. Oh well, you can't win them all. tongue.gif

Edited to add: Yes, Mike is quick to answer questions at his forum or from emails. Nobody really knows where he gets all that energy. The guy never stops. biggrin.gif

Hmmm.... I've been thinking about this. I wish I had some more time, i'd see if John wanted anopther plug-in creator for the CC scripts. But I'd also have to seriously polish up on my php skills =)

Anyway, I don't suppose it's at all possible to send the ads out only a "random" percentage of the members. Perhaps any member's chance of being "picked" could be related to his click percentage - somebody who gets 99% of the ads would have a way better chance of receiving the ads that someone who only clicks 10%. Assuming a click through rate of 30%, an ad for 500 clicks could go to a randomly chosen 1500 members, for example...

Of course, that requires some serious programming, so it's not gonna happen anytime soon... i'm just dreaming. Add that to my CC wishlist...

Sorry that this is in the complaints folder, Mike. It doesn't belong here...

Gee... huh.gif
rolleyes.gif
If you opened the latest received mails first... you probably wouldn't have the problem you are upset about (expired Paid Links)... Finish the lastest received e-Mails first and work back to where you start finding e-Mails with expired links... then delete all of the earlier e-Mails AND start with the lastest e-Mails from one of the Greatest PTR WM's Mike Laskey" ohmy.gif biggrin.gif all over again... wink.gif
skinnyminnie
Your best bet is to do the emails from your onsite inbox, that way you can start at the most recent and work your way down, and even if the member links are expired there are still the 1/2 cent searches on the bottom of every email, I've rarely had those expired when I do them.

Personally I like the way that Mike has them spaced thru the day, and when I have advertised in the past I like the links to 500, you see your results VERY quickly! biggrin.gif

Maybe they could be marked like Mare does, telling us how many clicks they expire at. That way if I don't get to them until 2 hours after they arrive I'd know to skip the first ones and go straight to admin search. Well not me but others as I have learned to do that long ago but it might be helpful to others. smile.gif

Sending much "limited click" mails is the BEST way to limit member erning. This site (and any other one that send "site revenue" link) may be going down unsure.gif
adarkenedmind
this site is not going down. She sends out what advertisers pay for, rather than sending out emails that are going to cost her money, instead, she's making money, both for the site and the members.

if sending "limited click",the admin ought to express the limited on the mail, such as "this link expire 500 click"

Actually its a sign that the program is run in a fiscally responsible way. When you sell a certain amount of clicks you know right away what the cost of the ad is going to be to the program where if its just sent to all you can never really tell for sure. Also... if Hauling Cash only sold emails to all... it would mean no one could afford to buy ads there unless the program would sell them at a huge loss.

As for the site revenue link comment... there are very few programs that dont use site revenue links.. site revenue allows programs to keep they ad costs competetive in a market that has many bad businessness people and scammers grossly underpricing their ads.

Tatirog
I do my mails twice a day and almost never have an issue with expired links smile.gif
Probably 20-30 in the morning or 50 if I'm too lazy and get up late biggrin.gif tongue.gif

Site is growing fast and advertisers buy ads to 500 or 750 or 1000 clicks, so you do have to be quiick if you like "hauling" cash in your PayPal account laugh.gif

Tati

librana
when i used to be a member of haulingcash, the mails used to expire on me too. all the links except the last link in every mail. so i earned my $5 pretty fast anyway tongue.gif
btw, the reason i quitted it was because i had not enough time to read all the mails... i still think it's an excellent program smile.gif
