For the past 3 months... I go to PayPal's site, log in ,but as soon as i click to log in I get a "page cannot be displayed" page.Been trying over the course of 3 months, always the same thing.Really is a pain, I have been paid several times but cannot access my account, nor can I email them for support, as I cant get to the support portion of the site.So since, I have strictly been using e-gold, but with many sites, they only offer payment via PayPal, so been using my earning for advertising. But to say the least, this is very aggravating.Does anyone know anything about this? I have emailed other webmasters who have had no problems. I don't know, if it was my computer, Paypal wouldnt be the only site affected, I have no problems with other sites. Any help would be appreciated.

i have logged in to paypal most days recently and had no problems. the obvious thought is maybe you have a cookie problem? have you tried clearing out your cookies? you have cookies enabled?

you don't need to log in to paypal to access their help/support pages

try this link: (it goes straight to the contact us page)

http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_...contact-general

I clicked that link, it did the same thing. Yes I cleared cookies, and history from the first, thinking it may just be that. But the only portion of paypal's site i can access is the https://paypal.com. but when logging in or clicking any link it displays page not found.I cannot understand it. If it was Paypal's site having server problems I wouldn't be able to access the main page, but I can.I don't know, but if anyone at all has experienced similar problems or knows of an email address that I can contact paypal for support ( since I cant access that portion of the site) it would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

I don't know if it's a paypal problem ( I assume not as you could click it), or if its some kind of cable problem. I just recently got cable in place of aol.Im at my wits end here.lol. But thank you all that have tried to help aa.gif

did you have the problem before you got cable?

can you access any other secure sites? try:

https://www.e-gold.com/acct/login.html

if the problem is with secure sites, check your browser cipher strength

The PayPal link seems to work just fine for me, I can't go any further since I don't have an account there but I can see the log in page just fine, really weird! It's gotta be a problem with your connection or something then ah.gif Really sorry about that!
Maby you should send an e-mail to your connection's provider and attach the link to the mail and tell them what's wrong, maby they can figure it out for you! aa.gif
I have a cabel modem also but no problems, different provider though since I live in Finland aj.gif

Call your ISP.

Could it be a problem at your end and not Paypal?

I log in every few days without a problem. aa.gif
