Thank you...it was many years ago 1977 and I was only 14...actually lived more years without her then with her...but treatment and early detection has advance SO much since then
pbjorge12 the success rate of remission/cure is FAR greater now...never give up hope

Wow, 14 is so young. Goodness. I was fortunate to have my mom until I was 18, though she was very sick for many years before she passed from Lupus.
