You went from legally blind to partially blind
Your problem, I believe, is that it looks like you've just taken one easyptc script and changed a few variables around. Look at your FAQ page - it still even links directly to easyptc as if that's the site.
The easyptc site itself only has a "coming soon" message on its business sector (which you link to from every page). Your site only shows 1/10cent ptc clicks, as advertised on your main page . Your referral system returns 2/1000cents
I just.. don't see the $75 attraction, I'm afraid. Get well soon.

Well I can see that you are not very knowledgable with blindness! Legally and Partiacly are the same. Maybe it would help if I mentioned I also have a glass eye! 
There is a link to easyptc because he designed all the sites like this one. And if you find it so simple then go tell him. As for the difference in amount that must be a script problem and I will check into it.
