Just looking at this tells me with the info on the frontpage and the info from calculating one ad that the members will never be paid.

Edited to add if you see a Program Owner using a hotmail account rather then their site account it would make me wonder as well.

I dont know about the other sites on your list and the reason they have such large numbers can be a number of reasons.

Owner made it look big so that they can draw more members and advertisers
Program attracts a lot of new people who do not know sites can't pay that and sell ads at the price they have
Newbies don't know about forums and checking.

You have done the right thing by asking in the forum. I am sorry you have signed up for at least one stinker but don't give up. There are lots of good programs that do pay out there. Not all sites are dishonest but the reality is most sites can't pay 5cents 10 cents and 20 cent emails. Most sites can send 1/10 cent to 2 cent links and pay their members. And somf of those are paying but dishonest. Best thing to do is go by recommended programs, ask questions, check the complaints folder, the praise folder (be careful there as some of these sites are a way to get you to join and not really someone who got paid although a lot are legitimate) Use common sense and remember PTR is not a job but a way to make a bit of spending money, maybe find something you are interested in and should be fun.

@wagdoll: gogomail(s).info seems at least temporary offline as the site can't be found. Anyway... offer lower payout for searcher doesn't need to mean the owner forces searches. Lower payout for searcher is usually a kind of thanks to them for their support. You can argue if this is fair or not but it's not a reasson put such site on the Black-List I will watch this program, though

Maybe what you state would not be reason to put them on the list but her comment of them running on unregistered scripts should be and running neoffic which is full of 0 iframes should be good enough.

Check CC's site yourself for the info on running scripts which have not been paid for

gogomail.info domain was hacked, but the site (with new design and offers) is due for relaunch. Will just have to wait before branding it a scam!!! I contacted the WM and all members stats are still OK as well. This site was fantasitc when it was still up, and when it returns hopefully - it will be fantastic again!

Hacked or not, the site uses a not registered version of Cash Crusader script and that's why it's on the Black-List and makes the site a scam.

Just a question, the sites marked in red are the new ones? Or is something else.

Think the story is a bit off base. The site from my understanding the hosting ked them out due to using unregistered scripts. Take a look at the whois. The info is the owner has been locked out for unknown reasons.

Most likely due to unpaid for scripts. I know I know someone will defend him by stating a friend gave him the site and he didnt know... UH huh...

Just a question, but has anyone ever seen a licesne agreement for Cash Crusader? I've looked high and low for one, and have yet to find one, does it exist? Without one, I don't know how one could truely be not in compliance with a license agreement that does not exist.

donkeymails is sure legitmate, it's a very good program. donkeycash however is one of the usual scam promising unrealistic high ad value with several thousand Dollar payout...

Nope, like the same says it's only PTR. There could be a list with PTP, affiliate programs, HYIP, and/or Autosurf... but PTR only is enough work and the list is far away from beeing complete as there are so many scammer out there...
