I have joined several of these sites over the past year. I've never been paid, no matter what the amount owed. I just wonder is anyone being paid?, other than those who own the sites. Its really too bad when we always see these people being concerned about "honest members", and not one has paid anything they owe me. How is one to tell?

Well...
This list of PTRs in this topic is fairly accurate as a guide indicating that these PTRs will not be satisfactory to most members if they joined them. Be aware that the list is far from complete. It does not list ALL of the SHAM PTRs that are advertised as paying members but actually do not pay most members.. Also it does not list any new PTRs that are so new that they have yet to provide any history at all.
GPF topics contain lots of information that is accurate and much that is not accurate at all. It is up to you, as a reader to conduct a search before really believing what you read in any of the sub forums be it Discussion or Complaints.
Praise and Applause.... It is not adviseable to accept every claim of payment in the GPF Praises and Applause because up to 20% are False due to either overzealous amateur newbies attempting to attract a downline by claiming to have been paid yet had only joined that PTR hours or days before... or even a PTR WM (or the WM's personal friend or partner) promoting a program as paying them but in reality it may be a SHAM PTR which only pays less than 10% of the membership who are used as dupes in a dog and pony show to claim that they got paid only in order to confuse the 90% who are on a pre-programmed for deletion list before the member reaches payout or put into file 13 not to be paid until the PTR disappears or is sold to a new owner who is often the old owner only declaring a born again status by declaring a new ownername/username.
If you think that covers about all you are partially right... it is only the tip of a huge iceberg. What lies underneath the water level unseen is occassionally found discussed by some as a larger unverifiable uknown tight lipped silent network of a secret pact by intellegencia who ensure that their status quo will not be detected by the mass of fingers directed at abusing their PC Mouse.
Read the posts carefully and try to gain some knowledge of a PTR if possible before you join to click blindly with thousands of other oblivious to the fact that many PTRs will probably pay the promoter you joined under but... that same PTR will probably not pay you.. There are lots of members who will give you honest information but keep in mind that there are just as many... if not more dishonest answers or leave out important detail purposefully that are designed to lead you on to only waste your time.

Oh read this content of what you find in this link carefully... and then keep in mind that almost 80% of WM's that operate PTRs do use a variation of this basic concept and there are hundreds of minor variations of how this WM "omer" designed his PTR and operated it to make a profit without paying hardly any members.

You will note that this "boy" picked up all too easily on what adult petty shysters were doing with the PTRs that many hundreds of Adults did and many dozens of Teens still do operate today...and this teenager went just one step further to blab about how to create the perfect SHAM operation attracting 7,000 to 8,000 members not to be paid which lasted in his many months until he sold it. He still operates a few more Scam PTRs in a manner very much like the one he sold.
There are a few PTR praised in GPF that are operating in almost exactly the same manner.

As far as no-minimum goes, I'm glad someone brought this up. I've not hear one thing bad or good recently since the site has been under new control. I do know that I have written no less than 5 contact messages to these people and have not received one reply back.
I have waitied patiently for over 2 weeks now for the last contact message to be replied to. I believe I may have to say good-bye to this one. I prefer webmasters who talk to their members. This one is not going in the right direction IMHO.

Maybe most are indeed scam sites but unfortunately you always need to be very carefull with these kind of statements.
I have tried for an short time to create an reliable list of scam sites but it was an real slow process to make it reliable (join it, earn enough for payout and wait) so now i just don't say this and that site is scam but i just point people to the right sites.
Sounds much easyer doesn't it
Anyway maybe make an special forum board with just topic names like 0..9 a..z and ad some vote system to it so people can vote for if they got paid or not.
Might be difficult to maintain but should give better statistics then dozens of topics like they are now in complaints and praises.

whatever people may say, the sites offering emails worth "dollars" are definately scams (unless redeem for ads only)

I have actually got paid by ice-mails in the amount of $6.60, however it did take over 2 months and I had to end up e-mailing them about the payment status. However I did get my money so I'm happy
When will those scammers be hunted down and prosecuted like they should be ?! Letting us click 0.0001$ links day after day, and when we finally clicked the necessary 85$ they simply disappear

But remember it is not the site but the Web Master who is the cheat. The Web Master can always creat a New Web Site & the befool everyone. So it would really be in the interest of everyone to know the Web Master's of these sites ( i.e. Their Names, Telephone Numbers & Addresses ) so that even if they open a new site they do not cheat people. Again Hats Off to YOu.
Please let me know that apart from whois.net site where can I find the Web Masters addresses so that legal notices can be sent to them.

Well Guess am pretty much new to ptr and gptr programs and wonder why I hadnt bumped into this site earlier..For the last couple of weeks had been on a clicking frenzy with sleepless nites over the ptc and mails on offer from about a dozen of these sites that I had joined.
I always wondered asto how on earth can these sites be making so much money to offer out, guess all that payout and redemption figures would definately have been fabricated! Guess am really glad I to have found and this website here to help me choose what programs to jon and what not to, besides am all the more happy that I got to know of these scam sites barely just a within a week of having joned them.Can only imagine my fustration if I were to have reached a payout and then the eternal wait for it being paid which eventually would have never arrived!
But what I would like to know is that can the WM be dragged to court of fraud and cheating coz if you read the TOS carefuly it very well says that you always are at risk for not getting paid for whatever the reasons!
And if at all thers any kind of governing body where one could look up the wether these sites were fraudentlent or genuine.
Guess I wud quite agree with markb from his earlier post in this thread where he mentions that if possible to have all the sites put up there with the options of choosing if one been paid or not..Guess would help a great deal for the others.

Well... the idea of listing the name of the owner may be helpfull for some on the other hand I don't think necessary. I suppose by joining a site only a few would look up the whois-infos. If an unhonest WM open further sites you wil see ads saying "The same owner of..." so the personal info of the owner (as far as they are not a fake!) ain't that important in my opinion...
Another idea was making a poll "Got paid". There is already a list here "Which program didn't pay you" s oeveryone can look that thread up This list is a mix of member experiences and obviously scam sites like all that "xx cent-xx dollar" sites. When I started this thread I named it "The Biggest Scam sites" and I'm very sorry about that title. I'm not callig the list Scam List but "Black List Of PTR". Some of these sites are not scam but unsustainable or way behind with payouts which doesn't make a program to scam.
I know this list is only the tip of the iceberg, there are so many more sites out there worth beeing on this list. But as long people will join highest earning programs (except ads only sites!!!) either they really believe this or use this programs for buliding downline on honest sits there will be no end of the Black List...
Sorry it tooks so long.Well... the idea of listing the name of the owner may be helpfull for some on the other hand I don't think necessary. I suppose by joining a site only a few would look up the whois-infos. If an unhonest WM open further sites you wil see ads saying "The same owner of..." so the personal info of the owner (as far as they are not a fake!) ain't that important in my opinion...
Another idea was making a poll "Got paid". There is already a list here "Which program didn't pay you" s oeveryone can look that thread up

I don't think all the scam sites that you showed are true such as lolclicks.com.My upline recieved payment twice.

I never said all these sites are SCAM. lolclicks is very unsustainable so maybe some member got paid but it's impossible pay each single member. And just the fact the owner posted in several forums "I've got paid by lolclicks" is worth to add this program to this Black-List Of PTR...

Perhap... if you change the name to indicate 100 ADS instead of 100 Dollar signs... you would be reclassified as SHAM and not a SCAMMER of TIME... and that is what you are promoting... or uh... isn't it?

If you actually read the site , You will see that we are infact saying we are redeem ads on ever page,
Just becuase we hve not got it in BIG SHINY letters does not mean we are a scam site............
PLease read throug the site and you will see that we are indeed a ad redeem site,
I could show you at least 10 places we say we are redeem for ads....
Just becuase we have dollar signs on the front page does not mean we are a PAID site.......

The Title 100$ is the Problem.
The CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM that there is no 100$ IS perhaps YOU...?
The $100 is not the probem becuase thats what the redeem amount is for the site........
And also we are not a Payout Cash site anyway, And we do clearly state that on the website so in all fairness we are not fake advertising.....
This is a 100% legitimate website because we are never going to owe any members REAL CASH...........
So please just answer my question... " why is it listed as a scam? "
