I think the biggest scam site is Earnings2all.
The oldest biggest scammer was noeys-place-pays. They owed me close to 1500 dollars and they never payed.

You can add Dreams come true mails to your list. They claim 24 hour payout in their questions section and 30 days in their terms. Been waiting well over both. WIll not answer mails but keep sending them.

If it is a true program which gives endless income for you... then why would you inform us rather slyly about it... intent on invoking interest without letting us in on the income source? Makes one ponder if uh... Are you not impying that this source is or is not another scheme pyramidal/ponzi/randomizer in nature and requires the source of revenue on a endless line up of Ppl to sign up under you? Is there a $ investment up front or is it free?

What measurement system does endless income fall under? Why bother to finish college if one can easily earn hundreds of dollars per week which supposedly continues as a endless income for life? Can one so easily become a semi educated beach bum with a solar powered laptop computer to generate a income source?

After admitting to losing one thousand dollars in scams while being careful... what recent successful track record do you have to offset/recover those losses you admit so readily in the past 12 months which covers the date January 2004 to this month January 2005. I understand the feeling of all members who have been cheated and disappointed cause I was a "member" before becoming a webmaster and even now I belong to some prog.

I opened my first site on November 2001 and I'm still here.

Just to be honest: not all people are happy with my sites cause they're not FAST and EASY earners like some other, but I'm proud to say we can count on our fingers sites that are online for so long time and continue to pay

I know sometimes people could feel "scared" by prog owners, but if anybody needs help I'm here

When was that date of $5 payment. ?

Gamma-Cash is a pretty new site (about six months old, i think), so it couldn't have been too long ago. When I scanned for Gamma-Cash compliants, most of them were regarding poor return on purchased ads, and a possible virus in one of the links. While this doesn't speak exceedingly well of the program, it also doesn't make it a scam.

There were also several praises for Gamma-Cash (although few in the past month).

I'm not trying to defend Gamma-Cash, because I don't know what it's staus is and will be in the future. I just wonder why it's on the scam list when I've seen relatively little evidence to back up this type of claim.

By any chance, have you looked at their advertising prices? Look and decide for yourself (especially the PTC prices)

I redeemed $0.20 cashout for 100 points and the same day it came directly to my egold account.

I also can tell you that 80euromail.com send adware programs and they download automatically when you read their emails.
I have one question if their prices to show 80 euro email are 3 dollars - than with what they are paying?
My friend who reffered me to 80euromail.com told me that she already earn 3000 euro and requested payment by Moneybrookers - if she will receive a payment than i beleive that it works.

I just wanted to say that paidsolos appears to be under new ownership and I have been paid.
I requested a payout on 27th jan 2005 (or somewhere thereabouts) and I think that I got paid on the 2nd of Feb 2005.

I dunno if this qualifies it for not being a scam anymore or not but just thought that I should post. I mean if the new WM's stay honest it's hardly fair that they get punished for the sins of the previous owner.

If you need proof of payment I am quite willing to post it. Let me know...

That's the thing. Everyone is pointing to this list as the greatest scam list ever assembled, but a lot of it seems to be hearsay. At best, there's little evidence for some of the "scams".

The whole point of this forum is to discuss PTR programs and ferret out those that are not legit (which is most of them), but a list like this can easily ruin a perfectly legitimate site, based on an unsubstantiated complaint by one person.
