Well, ya'll can say "I told you so..." as I had signed up for the majority of the scam sites prior to finding this forum. I couldn't figure out how they could pay out so much money, with advertising so cheap, but then I have trouble balancing my checkbook. I was even watching the payouts go up and up in an attempt to convince myself of their legitamacy (sp?) And I reached payout for many and requested payment. You can all pat yourselves on the back, because they STILL aren't paying! lol Nor are they responding to any e-mails. Numen, 500cents-500dollars.net &.com, 300cents, 30dollars, and many more!! Also, please add Fantasticmails to your list of scams. And they even have a bubble program! At first they changed their payout to only certain days of the month. And now they've changed it to payout via advertising only. Wonder what happens when my bubble bursts? Will this, too, have to be used towards ads? I don't think I have much to worry about, as there are many thousands of bubbles ahead of mine, and their popping rate is...snail pace. Perhaps by then I'll be able to retire on my pop! (And I don't mean my father) lol Anyway, I've sent e-mails stating that they are being portrayed as scam agencies and that I would LOVE to let everyone know that they are not scams upon receipt of payment, (lol Yes, I'm gullable.) or, if no payment received than I would be jumping on the bandwagon of screaming SCAMMER!! No luck, so here I am, letting you know that, yes, they are still scammers! Trying to enjoy the ride on this bandwagon!

And here I thought we'd have a great Christmas this year!
Well, now that's not true either, we are still going to have a great Christmas. Remembering what Christmas is all about, and it's not the presents.
God Bless!

This is what is strange:
5 cents solo email to all members : $2.00
Total Members 7,598
But My Calculator tells a completely different story...
assuming that 3500 members click on the 5c email (i.e. less than half of them) then...
5c X 3500 = $175
that is without adding the referral commission.
So practically they make a loss of $173 on every paid email they sent.
Just think, where will the money come for payout?
Does it grow on trees? If it does, then its not a scam, otherwise i don't see why i should not be called a scam?

I think this list is great. The only program I was in was Iceberglettuce and his other program (I think it was his) favoritemail.net so I guess I'm real lucky. Oh and penniesbyemail is definitely not a scam. If someone has been waiting a long time for a payment they should go to their support folder at this site. I cashed out and got paid within one week. I have waited much longer but I have always been paid and I'm sure they will be around for a long, long time. I know that sometimes a payment request can get lost and not reach them.
Thanks Music-King for all your hard work.

It costs $1 to send solo emails (worth 10 Euro) to all members, and $3 to send 80(!!!) Euro emails.
Like... what the heck? Whoever the wm is... at least make up believable numbers.

SCAM? A Outright SCAM? No... It is a SHAM PTR. I've read that it paid many members within TOS or a reasonable time thereafter - but not all members sometime but that mode of operation was over a year ago. Since that time period, there still is no verifiable evidence that much more than a few perhaps at the most a dozen members (from a member base as high as more than 30,000 members at it's peak) have gotten paid per month since November-December 2003.
SHAM verses SCAM
Perhaps it may be advisable to some readers who continue using the word SCAM too loosely to suggest that they might take a few minutes of their time off from blindly clicking for nothing to look up the word "SHAM" the definition found in any English dictionary and a reader might get a more accurate concept/idea per description of what that word SHAM implies/means.
But then again... one opening a dictionary would have to have a base understanding of what the all other words mean... the meanings of those words that attempt to describe the word "SHAM" a word that overviews/includes the word SCAM which by itself also is defined a little more specifically a few pages before a reader can leaf to the word SHAM.
Comprehension of what word is most appropriate/best/accurate to use is a universal problem especially when attempting to describe the complexity of "a PTR not paying most members still operating declaring months on end that it will pay although that PTR is without a sufficient income/revenue source to fullfill implied promises to pay while utilizing a bottomless bag full of excuses to distract in order to avoid the fact that it is all really only simply a money not available issue, the end result being that 99% of the membership cannot be paid" also applies... to more than 80% of (WMs operating) PTRs.
The word SHAM covers describes most all of the twists and turns that are utilized to avoid payment issues whereas the word SCAM has no depth perception other than a shallow meaning that someone has ripped you off in terms of money. Most PTRs steal/waste your time. They fooled you = SHAM. Money itself was never exchanged. It was never your money for them to take cleverly/deceitfully from you..
The most valuable possession you lost if you were not paid by a PTR was your personal time and... uh... self esteem/a.k.a. dignity.

Well, let;s see that first

But, I have to say, you are partially right, instead of a 'blacklist' of so-called scam-sites it might be better to 'blacklist' scamming PO's because sites can get new owners.

Exactly... Well... More to the point. The PO (a.k.a. Owner/Operator/WM) who launches a PTR that either is designed by intent not to pay more than a few members or fails to pay members because of no business plan or just being innocently inept.
That (The PTR's owner NAME) is where the main emphasis of a functional "blacklist" should be.
A PTR or a group of PTRs or PTRs operated as not Paying memers sequencially... often the first PTR the WM launches but not paying most members or eventually that PTR failing to pay members... then the next PTR launched/operated by the very same WM (a.k.a. owner) also not paying members who have (unknowingly) joined one or more PTRs operated by that same WM.
That owner of any PTR not paying... is the source of not paying members. Just black-listing the PTR name (PTR by PTR name alone) is far from solving the intention to educate members and/or potential members of any current or future SHAM Operation by the very same owner who has previously opened and is currently operating more than one SHAM PTR or will open a second - 3rd - 4th - 5th PTR to repeat the very same SHAM of not paying most member all over again.
