NocturnalEmail is not scam. He makes lots of payouts.

I think these are here already but from my experience these are scams:

annies
ays
tendollarsmail
mailing heaven
xanit0r
To the owner of that scam list:

It's good to see that you made a list to help people. Scammers are seen often these days and ripped off people don't have fun and never make any money..

However, I just read your page again and I think you should even be "more" carefull about what you write. I really have my doubts about some programs listed on the page.

At the bottom of the page you wrote those things on how to tell if a PTR/PTC is a scam.. No offense, but there _are_ PTR/PTC with a payout higher than $100 that actually pay..

This reminds me of that phrase that Americans use. Not sure on the exact words are because I'm not a native English speaker.. It was something like.. "not guilty untill proven ..." You know what I mean.

I'm a member of various programs. It scares me on how 1 complaint can cause other members to leave programs.

For instance, if I tell you program X is a scam (which it is actually not), will you add it to the list? Seems like it, because you do it here on the forum. A forum member tells you he got scammed, and you add it.
Furthermore as the example continues: Perhaps I myself cheated/scammed the PTR/PTC program and I got deleted for a reason? Do you even check complaints? You know what I'm trying to say here? Sure, you write those things at the bottom of the page..

You say that you "suggest" these PTR/PTC are a scam, however as I quote from your site:
- If a site has a payout of 100$ or more, it's definitely a scam (unless proven otherwise, which I doubt)

"Definitely"? Doesn't really seem like anybody elses opinion. Seems like it is yours...????? Am I right?

And yes, I can hear you say it about right now: You're not saying that the PTR/PTC on the list actually do scam..

Then I ask myself.. What's the use of your PTR/PTC scam list? Warn people that these PTR/PTC are suspicious? PTR/PTC are always suspicious.. The internet is suspicious, especially when it involves money. What's the use if people they have to check the PTR/PTC programs out themselves?

I've seen simular sites before. Site that try to "warn" people or sites that "rate" PTR/PTC programs. As always, I have my doubts.

In my opinion, you try to make something out of nothing.. But hey, those are just my two cents. I don't try to force my opinion on anybody. I appreciate your efforts and I certainly don't want to disrespect you.

Greatz,
Dave

ADDED
Also, I would like to add one more thing. I've seen your page/site on a few ptr/ptc websites the last days.

Some program owners are "promoting" your site as a good and reliable source on scam sites. Perhaps you should litterally state that the sites listed are based on mouth-to-mouth stories and that they are scams in YOUR opinion. Yes, I know, it's been written at the bottom in a small blue font. You should place it on TOP and make people read it for sure.

I've seen you say that on the forum, but I don't think it is being reflected on your site.

Once again, just my opinion! wink.gif

http://www.moneyearning.info
http://www.meteor-mails.com

sites with $1 emails can never be genuine wink.gif (unless ads only sites)
xanit0r
And another thing I want to add: Something you ALL should think about:

I recently joined **** (program on your list). Sure, I don't really expect to get $1000+ in my PayPal. I just want to check it out myself (I'll tell you about it once I reach payout).

Anyway, I did some research myself. The domain/website is hosted by www.getpaidsolutions.com - as the whois lookup reveals.

GetPaidSolutions, that seems like a honest and reliable host. I mean, it's well-known on GPF etc..?

I'm sure there are scam sites hosted by these well-known GPT-related webhosts. Perhaps you should "attack" the scam sites by talking to the hosters, instead of making a list with "so-called" suspicious PTR/PTC.

Isn't that a better idea?

well if those people were smart, they would search other places in this site about the program, or they would post a new thread themselves asking if someone has joined a program or not but not has been paid.

And if people HAVE been paid, and there are like 5 or more that claim that they have, the program should be taken down from the list, or at least put into a "questionable programs" list if you get conflicting reports (some say they've been paid, others say they havent). However, this should only be in cases where the program offers less than $1 per link clicked or something.

But in all cases, any site that offers more than $1 per link and the advertising cost doesnt show that this is sustainable, should be automatically labled a scam.

First I thanky out for this post! smile.gif
I know the topic has the subject "The biggest SCAM sites" and I already wrote it that I'm sorry about it but I can't change it anymore sad.gif I prefer to call it "Black List Of PTR" since some sites not really scam but maybe 1 year behind with payout.. Also my site is called "Black List".

I don't add a site just because one person say "SCAM". I check forums on the net and also watch the site myself. For example: I find 2 complaints but 5 praises (these numbers are only a example) I don't add it to the list.

The "How To Proof if SCAM or NOT" text is from a program owner and I added below the text "These words are from Olivier, owner of www.weallgetpaid.com".

About the promoting: I have only run on three sites banner rotations for the black list. If any webmaster promote my site "as a good and reliable source on scam sites" by themselves they do it without my knowing. At the bottom there's a little disclaimer at the top of the site is written "The sites listed on this page have a reputation of not beeing sustainable." I really do appreciate your thought, but I think there are two groups of people. One group read the WHOLE site including the text under the list. The other group see the list and don't read any text even not the text at the top. I can't force people to read the text if they don't want to.

Like said, I really do appreciate your post and thank your for this! I just commented your post with my thoughts smile.gif

That has already been tried wink.gif And why would the host stop hosting these sites when they are making big bucks selling hosting?? right?

And i don't see anything wrong with this list (though i agree that Music King shouldnt add sites to the list without verifying it properly) BUT the very OBVIOUS scams (those whose mails are 25c or more) must be definately added without any thinking smile.gif

Prevention is better than cure. and in this case there is no cure, only prevention tongue.gif

Just addes two more programs to the list:
pro-cashmails.com:
ALL EMAILS Worth $5, $10 and $20
$ 1200 Dollar Payout! (Cash)

thebiggestptr.com:
All emails are worth 25c 50c 1$
$50 Sign-up Bonus UNTIL 2000 members!
$350 Dollar Payout!

And now look at the Advertising Packages:
9c to all - 5.00
6c to all - 2.50
3c to all - 1.50
Contest email to all - 1.00

So no $1?? Not even 25 Cent like pormised. A look at their terms will show us this:
If you have 0-100 direct referalls - Payout is 10% - 35$ If you have 101-200 direct referalls - Payout is 20% - 70$ If you have 201-300 direct referalls - Payout is 30% - 105$ If you have 301-500 direct referalls - Payout is 50% - 275$ paid in 10 monthly installments. If you have 501+ direct referalls - Payout is 100% - 350$ paid in 10 monthly installments. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.
