hello. I would like to ask, do you know anything about these ptr programs:
www.link2communion.com
www.vibrantvitalities.com
by the way, I have payed 18.85 usd for membership, but I didn't received my request and in the rules are written that payment is made within 24 hours. I suppose it can be another scam site and I know that it is a new ptr site.
Live and learn and try to read many available posts in forums such as this one before you waste your time and in some cases as you have done invested real money with no hope of any return.
You will find that there are no paying programs found on the internet that offer much more than a few cents per click.
The promises of easy fast road to riches of thousands of $$$$$ to be made from the internet are none other than false claims of high earnings that are there to entice the gullible to join in haste.... simply don't exist.
You just kissed your $18.85 goodbye.

Both sites are scams.Link2Communion claims to have 1,828 members. From the
Advertising page:QUOTE
!! 400$ Paid Solo Mail to All >40sec< 800$
!! 5X 400$ Paid Solo Mail to All >40sec< 3500$
!! 15X 400$ Paid Solo Mail to All >40sec< 7500$
VibrantVitalities claims to have 1,732 members. From the
Advertising page:QUOTE
* $500 eMail Solo to All Members '50sec' $1000 *
* 4x $500 eMail Solo to All Members '50sec' $3000 *
* 9x $500 eMail Solo to All Members '50sec' $5000 *
Considering the prices (albeit unsustainable), I don't think there will be any advertisers anxious to pay cash to purchase their ads.

* 1000 PTC worth 0.50 USD (40sec) - $0.50
A Paid-eMail to Members of our Program
All of the people who are receiving the e-mail have all requested it, thus giving you, the advertiser, a great selection of interested viewers.
* 1.00 USD solo to all (100sec) - $0.30
Banner Impressions Advertising
Your banner inserted into our banner rotation on the top of each page of the website. This is a great way to catch peoples interest, just as much publicity, if not more than, advertising in the member e-Mails. The banners will be displayed on every page of the site, randomly mixed in with other banners..
* 10000 banner impressions - $0.20
Now that's ridiculous!!

Well, it's a redeem for ad only-site, running on a registered Cash Crusader Script and therefore no reason to add. But thanks anyway for posting!

This list is not much of a contribution. to this thread...
Many programs on this list are already listed in this topic and many that you list are over waaaaay over 2 years old in not paying any members at all.... (AYS CashFiesta DreamStar 1-800... etc.) while a
few others on this veeeeeeeeeeery short incomplete list are still paying most members.
Example: What is the point of listing AllYouSubmitters? No one can actually join AYS... unless they manage to pass the WARNING page. One wonders... Why have you not included some of the scams you had promoted such as ? "GreetGold"
Exactly what, other than increasing your post count.... are you doing in bumping up this topic without any meaningful "new" information?

I'm spreading the word thx to your post, hope you don't mind I made a copy and posted it in a blog on Yuwie. I have some questions :
1/This is what someone posted as a comment : "
bux.to IS PAYING and not a scam under new management"
Do they have a new management & started paying ? (or can anybody confirm this ?)
2/I've made some money with "homepagesfriends" (former mysearchfunds) & saw some "payment proof" (for what it's worth on the net) + never heard anybody say it's a scam... can anybody confirm that this
really is no scam ?
3/ I'm pretty sure these 2 are also scams but can anybody confirm this ?
cashmailmoney.co... cashgiftuniversity.co... they actually work together and try to pull people into signing in for 25$ dollars and then sending lots of cash by donation (really sounds crazy... but they have video/webcam conferences on nowlive and try to manipulate people in a very smart/agressive way).
A friend of mine did some research and quoted this :
I did my research and found out that infact what they are doing is Illegal according to the IRS because it is Cash Gifting. Meaning basically you get CASH in Mail and no taxes are paid. This is tax evasion from what we gather.
So maybe anyone has some info or experience on these guys ?
Again thx for starting this tread 4 years ago makes the world a better place , MUSIC-KING for president !!

I'm a quite new to this PTC programs.
I'm a Bux.to member and joined to some sites that are mentioned as scam (e.g. jacobmails)
I've checked the domain with CashCrusader and the answer is that is licensed.
What does it mean? Why was it removed from the unlicensed list?
Thx

When open a PTR site you have to purchase a script, the very most sites run with a Cash Crusader script. A licensed site is a site that purchased the script, but some Program Owner run their site with an unlicensed script. This can be because they use the script from another site they own, or they use the script from another owner that is a friend. However this is illegal, as you have to purchase the script for each site you own. Now some owner first open a site without purchase the script but pay (much) later for it or the site will be selled and the new owner pay for the script. So or so, the site than is a site running with a licensed script.
I hoped this answer helped you, for futher question just ask

Hello Music king,

I am new member of Moneymails and bankomails because I started to join first high payout PTR sites in 2004.
They use turning numbers.
Moneymails and bankomails can pay members random payout better than full payment. Their terms page said this
Payments:
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by MoneyMails. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the MoneyMails program.
Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by MoneyMails.MoneyMails will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by MoneyMails. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.

I also deleted all cherokee-sites since Jessie Seybold took over the sites. I will however still watch her carefully but so far I think she deserves a chance as she already did change link to a sustainable way. Let's hope I don't have to put the sites back on the list again...

I haven't been scammed by that site. Haven't joined it either, but good to hear that someone has a good thing to say about a bux site. Of course, I've seen a lot of folks who've said neobux is no good too. Unfortunately I have too much experience with these sites as a result of doing paid to signups and I won't take my chances with another one. Hope you continue to have good luck with that one.

I think a lot of people label sites as scams early, or after they get caught cheating, etc. It's not fair, but they do.
I just got finished reading where someone claimed TakeTheGlobe was a scam, but they are the only ones I've seen with tons of ads regularly, and paying out in the thousands.
