get $3 when signup huh?! Each ad clicks will give you 3 cents huh?! You can't even get a single cent after u click the payout button! A total scam site with sucks design! Your account will be deleted if you request for payout if u have enough $20!

and if u see thier forum, there is only 2 post saying that he get paid. and both post are from the same person.

the 1st post "proof" is just written himself by imitate the paypal payment notes.

Won't any PTR site offers $1.00 per e-mail even $00.05 per e-mail is a scam,but $100-$1000 per e-mail get real!

What is the latest on Mybiz.com and Ubiz.com? anyone heard? I still am waiting for mybiz.com $4.00 that I submitted 9/27/2007 and a more recent one for Ubiz.com. For the first time I am not getting paid and the owner is not responding to emails. How much longer can he keep this site up and running? I am not sure it will cease to amaze me the people who don't pay their members. How do they sleep at night?

are all of the sites listed here, frauds? even those which don't have any marks after the address of the sites? for example: tata-cash.com

I am somehow new to paid to click/read/review .... stuff, and as this tata-cash.com site was in the black list but without any mark related to it being scam/fraud, i was wondering that should i waste my time with it or not?

I get paid from Mybiz,ubiz, and bizbiz at least twice a month although i do have to write emails to them and i eventually get paid before my next request..

And i dont know why petmails is on here but i have been paid by them several times and they always answer my emails promptly and im always paid within 12 hours of cashout..

When was the last time you were paid from mybizs and ubiz? I've sent 4 emails for the mybiz one with no response and he's still not paid me for the ubiz request that I made over a week ago.

Well, this is a Black-List OF PTR so yes, all sites listed on this Black-List are not worth joining. A symbol behind a site is just an special explanation, like using Iframe to cheat search engines, or operated with an unregistered script... Symbols are just an extra explanation, but doesn't mean all programs without are not scam!

Steve Allen is a well-known scammer in the PTR business and has quite a few programs running. So even one of his sites isn't listed here, when you hear that a site is owned by Steve Allen you better run for cover to not get scammed by him.

I don't see where these sites have the same layout but anyway. The layout is no hint for being scam, the email value and the payout limit however is. Also the ad prices should always be checked.

As you can see from the above thread cash and points are being deducted from members earnings for not doing valid searches, it was also in the terms but hastily removed by the owner once it became public that members were paid for doing valid searches.

It is not just forcing searches but also stealing money from the members by deducting money from the balance they have earned when the searches arent valid. That means the site does not pay all that is owed to its members.

That's not correct this way. A search can only be (in)valid if at least a keyword was clicked. But the clicked keyword may not bring any results, or searcher don't like the results they got. No one get deducts money for this reason, but when a searchlink was clicked and not even a keyword was clicked. Plus only on search engines the owner gave the permission for this.

Yes I took back the money from member that they have earned from clicking on searchlinks without clicking on a keyword but like said some engine owner gave me the permission for this and on no other engines I did this. So far it's a fact. It begins being interesting in the moment that I do take money from member that don't perform a search the way I want, like when they don't get any result or even if their search brings me less money than I spent on the paidmail. Just because your search engine "buddy" says its ok to roll back earnings does NOT make it right.

Since the search engine buddy is cheating the higher up tiered search engines and is now bending the rules to fit your (and his) needs, its still cheating the advertiser who paid for that search in the first place.

Forced searching is forced searching, even IF you have permission to do so.

Perhaps i should start up a new thread and allow for votes and such. Being i'm impartial cause i don't give a rat's behind who's blacklisted and who's not. If it's a site i'm in, i'll just leave, whoopee, not a big deal to me.

I came across this thread by doing a search online for anybody that had anything to say about these sites and if they ever gotten paid by them. All these members and nobody is promoting them because they're making all this great free money? Hmmm.......

Many of these programs won't allow you to use earnings to upgrade, take for example this quote from their TOS:
