Hi! I'm new to Get Paid Forum. I read your Black List PTR post that was updated on 8/18/2007. I have been scammed/victimized by some of your listed sites. In fact, right now I have a dispute in with my credit card company requesting a refund due to non-delivery of advertised benefits. I paid for a Lifetime Diamond Membership to A-N-Cash through PayPal using my card, submitted my advertising information and none of my ad were posted under the "ad stats" section of the website and they were unresponsive to my inquiries through the "contact us" area and to my emails. In fact, all I kept getting was "failure to deliver email notices".

Anyway, my question or comment is besides documenting these scam sites, why can't the paying members who have been scammed complain to the various payment services (PayPal, AlertPay, Moneybookers, E-gold, etc.) regarding the fraudulent and abusive activities? You see, if the payment services receive enough complaints they will investigate and cancel their payment services, thereby forcing them to shut down the website. If they can't receive payments, they can no longer take advantage of anyone else by scamming them out of their money.

I had complained to E-gold about a site and they responded by investigating my accusations. The site wound up being shut down. I reported another site to PayPal and the same thing happened. The website was closed permanently. We have to stick together to eliminate the bad guys. Things are too out of hand.

Anyone who reads this, please let me know if you think this is a valid course of action. I feel like it's the right thing to do.

I ordered an ad package from them, and they denied approval to my site even though it had nothing against the terms (I reread them three times). It took them over 2 weeks to even check my site, and I've had no response to my inquiry about why they denied it. It was not at PTCBux, it was at DevilPTC. az.gif

EDIT: I removed the list as all of my problems with the site have been solved now. They replied to my support tickets saying that the problem had been that I had not had credits on the ads, so they were not approved. I think that's bogus, but now the problem has been solved so I will relinquish my complaint about them.

Hi Kayley,

Thank you for information. I am not of members of PtcBux.com and all ptc sites list.

Most of those are owned by the same couple of people.

You can see how their mind is in the gutter by checking the whois of Devilptc
http://whois.domaintools.com/devilptc.com

From my experience they don't answer contact emails although the wm sometimes shows up in here to berate members who dare to complain about their programs.

They often start a site with promise of high link values but only sent maybe one or two mails at that value and then it;s back to 0.001 cents per link or less.
They are masters of bait and switch. O and don't you just love the webcam shot of the wm giving us the finger. ae.gif

Oh, and Kiss My Kash is a big-time scam! I was a very active member, second-place in the referral contest, and reached payout and requested it. The site owner decided to put the site "on hold" for a while for some reason. I was fine with that, as long as she paid me, even if she suspended the referral contest. However, I logged in a few days ago to find my account had been deleted! It seems that this has happened to quite a few people, including "cristobel", who had been first place in the referral contest.

Do not join KissMyKash.com, or you'll regret it! Apparently the admin deleted everybody because she didn't feel like paying. az.gif

I'm making a site about it being a scam. I've searched Google and emailed every person who's referral link showed up asking for a testimony.

Shiftcode sites aren't necessarily a scam, but a lot of the sites are.

AdBux.org. Just search the free GPT sites section of this forum for incident after incident of lies, theft and abuse by AdBux.

Assuming it counts as it's a PTC. But they did state they want to add a PTR feature later.

Minty's is behind payment, but it's not a scam site. I am a member of Mintys and would appreciate if the OP not add Mintys to the list since the PO has not done a runner. At least, there is no proof of that yet. Anyway, I will let the OP decide, mine is only a request.

Do you mean PTCBux or KissMyKash? KissMyKash is still a scam or at least unstable as they deleted a bunch of members without paying them, but I retracted my complaint about PTCBux/DevilPTC because it was solved and initially it was not a complaint about the program being a scam, it was a complaint in general about the program in response to the original post about it being a scam. I've never actually reached payout at these sites and doubt I ever will. ae.gif

I've upadated the list, mainly with sites running with an unlicensed script. I've added Mintysmail with the note of behin behind on payments because I think it's fair let new member know they have to wait a long time for their hard earned money.

Always remember the biggest rule in PTR: you won't get rich from clicking! With that rule in your mind you can see all those high earning programs are scam (just like tradingptr.com), otherwise no one would go to work but doing PTR instead if they can earn some thousand Dollar each month... aa.gif

EDIT: Oh, and are e-mailpaysu.com and aglocomails.com good PTRs?

aglocomails.com is a scam -- no good site will pay you 100.00 per email unless they are putting 1000 links or more in each email. With their current membership and a $50.00 signup bonus they are already $306,750.00 in debt without sending out one email. They send out ONE email to their 6135 members and assuming 100% click thru they shoot to $920,250.00 in site debt (yes nearly a million dollars in site debt with only sending ONE email).

Lets not even discuss $500.00 for each of your referrals that upgrade------nobody is going to pay $300.00 to upgrade here and if they did-----the site would take a $200.00 loss on each upgrade since they have to pay the upline $500.00 for that upgrade.

This site will NOT ever pay members the 20,000,00.00 payout (yeah 20 million bucks) even if the members reach that pie-in-the-sky amount

Please....c'mon, how could you NOT know it's a scam - who would pay out 90,000?????????

This is why these scam sites are still around. It just makes me crazy to see what people fall for.

even the sites that promise 500.00 or 1000.00 are scams ----- there is no possible way that any of these HUGE amounts will ever be paid out except in the form of redemptions (and some of these sites won't even run your ads that you redeemed for anyway)

I'm pretty sure that all of these sites are from the same group that ran Holiday-Mails and Trade-Mails and that stole the BeenPaid Seal of Approval and posted it on their site without authorization. I contacted their host and they eventually took it down but it looks like they went ahead and made their own now.

So long as people continue joining, buying ads and upgrades at these types of sites, they will continue to exist. They open and close faster than you can yell scam and yet my inbox is filled with ads for them bj.gif
