When you make a list of programs you are in, what do you include?

I feel like I'm missing something.

I get notebook and label it GPT programs.

Then each line of a program you should have:

-Name
-Url
-Username
-Password
-Referral Url
-Downline Count
-Current Earnings
-Extra Notes

i use an excel speadsheet to make things a little neater and easier (for me at least) to keep organized...

info that i've included into it is:

Program Name
Referrals (how many in each level)
Payout Limit
Extra/Misc
Current Balance
Referral Link
edithje
I also include how they pay....only PayPal or eGold and others as well....

That way, when someone asks me for eGold-programs, I can just look it up ab.gif

Yes, I used Excel too.

That's a good idea edithje! And then if you are using Excel, you can sort it by the ones that use E-gold or whatever you may be looking for..

Thanks aa.gif

With Excel, I also keep columns for each company's minimum payout and how close I am to reaching payout...

87% of the way to reaching WePaid's minimum

I am working more traditionnaly, I bought a card folder and made a card for every program. I update them the first of every month. I like to be able to see the progression of my earning from month to month.

another usefull information is if the program has a PTC section or a startpage.

I use a little program called "sweep". You can set up seperate groups for ptc, start pages, ones to check weekly, etc... You just click it as done when finished and can set it to show when it needs to be done again (daily, weekly, hourly, etc...). Each entry also has a little box you can put extra info in and you can also put in the URL so when you click goto it takes you right to the page you want.

I use an excel worksheet. I include name, referral link, my earnings, total number of referrals, referral earnings, gold membership or not, last date that I updated the list, sign up bonuses, number of direct referrals, number of indirect referrals, amount of money invested in the program, and how much I expect to earn per month.

All these are great ideas,,But I have a folder full of screenshots.......And thank God I did because with everything going on now I have my proof handy in case I need it
