The change will not take place for 14-18 hours, so please try to contact any webmasters with which you have ads placed and see if they can hang onto them for you.
We will notify everyone when change is complete. With the traffic we are receiving it should resolve very quickly.
Hopefully most of you won't even notice.

There are many sites/servers from different areas that may use the same networking hops, or it could be a totally different issue with many of the sites that are getting reports of page/server not found.
However, to the sites and members that are on our servers, the following is from our NOC techs.

For reasons beyond webmistresses control, PenniesByEmail will be down today due to server change.
It will be back up as soon as possible.
This concerns only PBE, not the other sites Mary and Sandra are running.

Unfortunately this is beyond our control at the moment and we are working fast and furious to contact the old owner and get this resolved asap.
