but i dont recive many eemail from them may be i have choosen wrong catogiries

it depends, sometimes the program give you a specific max number of categories to choose from.

in this case you should choose categories such as:
Internet, Computers, Marketing, Business Opportunities etc...

because these are the categories you can expect from online companies to advertise at such advertising networks.

if you don't have a limit on number of categories you can choose from.
just take 'em all. choose all of them.

accrding to my experience,catogiries have nothing to do with email you receive.even if you don't choose any catogiries you still receive mails.
