If he sent many tricks is because many people were also cheating.

That's right ! If you have any bad experience please share with us. Only then we can come to some sort of conclusion. Mare saying that its a SCAM is not enough.

but i was cheated by many sites' WMs...as carnivalofcash,paid2u2,annies,sunmail,moonmails,mothmailsand more...
what did we get after we spent tons of time and click works ?

I'm a member of mothmails and I haven't anything against the program. Only one thing: it send realy few mails.
I also agree with cheat links because ALL cheaters should be deleted from ALL programs.

Have/has anyone had personal experience in communicating with the WM of MothMails and if so is this WM conducively responsive to questions?

I think a explaination of the 100% as active as ... downline is in oreder. What if a member misses a few link or decides not to click a few links or goes on vacation? Does anything less than 100% as active imply that one does not get paid from the doiwnline % earnings if the upline is only 99.99% as active?

100% seems to be ridiculous and the overall statement rather ambiguous. And why is this statement not readily visible in the FAQ and/or TERMs for anyone to see so that one can make a informed decision in whether to signup and/or continue and/or promote in "good faith" with this PTR?

A clarification of what this 100% actually implies is in order. Perhaps the WM of MothMails would like to respond to this matter.

Would it be possible for you to PM me a Copy & Paste your communication with this WM (you can leave out the irrelevant to 100% sections..) so to allow me to ascertain whether it is even worthwhile to also communicate with this WM.

This is a very serious matter and I will either guit this PTR or reamain with it based upon what assessment I make before coming to a abrupt conclusion.

Need I say... based upon further information... that I will either promote this PTR in my sg.. or I shall make it quite clear in every post regarding this and other more than questionable PTR characteristics based upon what this WM's mindset actually is.

If a PTR's WM is set upon the road of deception then that chasracteristic should be displayed in Forums such as the GPF at every oportunity,

If the WM made a error... or had unintentionally copied unethical rules from another PTR Site's script (or something like that) then that explaination might be temporarily almost believable.. If this 100% Monkey Business was hidden from easy view by intent then it stands without any further question that this is... uh.. falls into the practising a SHAM Business catagory.

And if this WM has intentionally made the 100% RULE hidden... in that case... we will have to commend the initiator of this thread for bringing this matter to our attention.

If this "100%" (which is unattainable in the practical sense...) is not readily visible... without a potential member and/or a current member having to search for it... and that "out of the way" not easily viewed (100%...) unless one takes more than beyond a reasonable reading of the Home Page, TOS, and the FAQ.. is nothing less than intentional deception... is it not?

I'd still call it "HIDDEN"... intentionally to avoid detection.

99.9% of members with a downline won't see a cent of that and... 2 months from today what will be the reputation for paying of not paying members even without referrals be.

Unless there is some positive information forthcoming to offset what is in this thread.. I will have no rational choice other than internal logic to guide me and the assessment at this moment is a impulse to quit this PTR... but will wait to do so and probably shall within the next 7 days.

When a person complains only that s/he is wet (Noi detail other than perhaps is... in shallow waters?) then it's no use to toss them a life ring and/or take the time to tell them to learn how to swim.

Your first impulse is to tell them to get out of the water if they don't like being wet..

well... don't think it's a scam...ad prices are sustainable and i got paid few mins after request. good program i'd say, even i'm selling my account there, but it's for other reasons that only few people so far know

Per your post... it can be assumed that you are selling a downline asset. Were you able to click on every available link to be 100% as active as your downline and were you paid if you were not 100%...?

Or do you think that the WM presently applies a more lenient interpretation when paying members (along with earnings from a downline) at the first stages after launching this PTR only to attract a larger member base... then at some point impose the strict introduction of a reserved rule becomes the fashion of future weeks of operation by this otherwise highly attractive $1 minimum 1 Cent per Link PTR?

I'm not going to even read the whole topic, because I had some connection problems and just got back. Look, I'm doing my best to run this site, and yes, I sent 5 cheat links in a row to chinese members, so I decide if I let them stay in my program or just ban them. I could ban all chinese members right now, but I'm giving them a chance, because I know there are some honest members between them.

If you are chinese, expect more cheat links from me, until I can make up my mind.

As for the members that were deleted for no reason, I only deleted people that marked searches without being from a search allowed country and who clicked in 2 or more cheat links. I did NOT change TOS since the creation of the program.

And I don't know where you got that from, but I am not going to change TOS about payments. It is a $1 payout site, it'll remain a $1 payout site.

And another thing: Funny, most members that complained about my cheat links were botters. One of them managed to click 53 times in that cheat link.

I am responding most support e-mails in the same day I get them, so please don't make stuff up.

Get some proof or talk to me before.

edited to add... and what comes to ref commissions and percents. that 100% is not so much if you check your mails daily, i have earned all what i should earn with my refs there. it is really not necessary to whine about ref earnings if you are not doing anything for it by yourself.

It seems to me after reading this whole thread, that it is completely pointless.

There has been absolutely no proof offered to back up the cry of scam. There has been no proof offered to back up the 100% as active as your referrals line.

IMO, the WM time has been wasted coming here to defend his program to a completely worthless accusation of scamming. If a person either cannot or refuses to offer any proof to back up their accusations then they should not start making accusations in the first place.

Let's put it this way, why shouldn't you be 100% as active? I'm not sure how long you have been doing this but most downlines aren't very active!!

Besides you shouldn't be sitting back and doing nothing yourself and expecting your downline to do it all for you!!!
