Has anyone thought about posting a folder letting members know which programs are/are not working?

Just a one liner or something like that? Instead of searching all over the forums for info?

Well, it shouldn't be. Just a list of all sites in one place that state which are down. And if someone gets going, I'm sure one of the mods would step in. We do need one organized place. So many of us are not sure what's being counted or not, which to go to or not...that kind of thing.
