I bought a Gold Membership for Mailing Cash on December 7 via an EBay auction and paid for it immediately via PayPal. I then received a confirmation e-mail from the Webmaster, requesting that I send my free ads and banners to Cathy so that she could get the ads out in an e-mail and post the banners on the website. I did this.

My two banners are up but my e-mail ads never went out. And my Gold Membership does not show up in my account info! I still have the same number of referrals a month later, too.

I have sent countless e-mails to both Cathy and Ironsides 444, and I have posted to their support forum, but I have heard nothing!

I am incredibly frustrated. I paid good money for the Gold Membership.

Your suggestions/feedback are welcome.

I had the same prob w/ these program owners..

I took an offer of 5 gold membership (back when they had 5 programs) for a low price.. It took forever for me to be upgraded to gold, and didn't fully upgrade me in all 5. Eventually my ADs were sent, but w/ none of the text. And I also used a tracker, and some of the ADs were not sent.

It took me numerous emails for them to accomplish it.. and it wasn't done properly.. so I just gave up

gee....I have the exact opposite problem. Ironsides has paid me for ads....and I can't get him to send them to me!

they've got a forum now... have you posted it there? i don't think they go there that often too but i guess they do check it out once in a while

OMG...I thought I was the only one...and didn't want to post anything as I really like ALL of inronside444's programs...I won an ebay auction for a half cent ad to all eight of their programs...I paid on the 19th of December and sent my ads as he requested...I then e-mailed them on or around the 27th and they said they had had server probs and because of xmas they didn't send ads out other wise they wouldn't of got read...mind you in this time they have sent out NPA....I e-mailed them again yesterday or the day before saying I was wanting my ads to go out ASAP.....and was nice about it, and I have heard nithing...I have receieved ads from all of his programs in this time...none of them mine ...I am bitterly disappointed as I really like all of their programs, and can't understand this lack of communication and lack of sending out my ads, and by the looks of it other peoples ads.....

If my ads dont get sent out by tomorrow eveing I will be contacting paypal to get my money back.....unless I hear from ironside or Cathy that is!

I dont want to do this, but I want to advertise other programs and I was hoping to use one their programs for this also...but not now.

Yeah, I've never had a problem with them before. I've posted to their forum, posted to the Company Support folder here, and e-mailed them several times.

Hoping they'll see my post here in Complaints (as well as the others from members who have had problems) and get on the stick!

First let me apologize! I own all 8 of the programs. I have a General Manager who runs the programs for me. Over the holidays, I was in the mail, as I gave her 3 days off. I bought a gold on Mailingcash troug ebay, I have it showing on my status, and alredy got 1 referral from that (and he/she is promoting a lot, my second line is growing fast, wow) but the ads I sent (included in gold) had never been sent to members (at least I didnt recive them and nothing it's showing no the advertising page). Could you control it? I can sent them back to you, i still got the mail.
I also posted on the support folder at your forum, but I saw no answer.

We had 3 days of server problems when nothing was able to go out. We then made a decision, for the benefit of the advertiser, (like yourself) not to send paid emails on the 24th and 25th as I felt a lot of paid emails would be deleted and not read. I will ask if when you sent your ads in, did you include your username for the program(s) your ads were to go out on. If so, then we have them and they will be sent in the order they were received. My ads just went out (I havent recived the email yet), from the advertisement page I can see I got about 120 clicks each... and alredy 5 new referrals (2 in a program and 3 in another)

All old programs, so.... fantastic!

I go through mail daily and have seen no redemptions on Cash Avenue. I was having this same problem with Mailing Cash and had to go and Change the email address to which redemptions were being sent to. I will do the same on Cash Avenue and ask that you please re request your redemptions.

I am absolutely stocked Cathy...with the response already...My ads have just gone out, and already new referals in some of them!!!

Also A HUGE thank you for the goldmembership in mailingcash, as a token for this mishap, which was on both sides...hehehe.....Just re-confirms why I love IRONSIDE444 and CATHYS' programs sooooooo much!!

If anyone needs to advertise I recommend any of ironside444s' programs....the response is so quick they were clicking as soon as they must of gone out and so many clicks it was great!

Your ads were sent out already for your gold membership on Mailing Cash. If you log into your account on MailingCash and click on Advertising Stats you will see there that they were sent. Are there other ads to send because now I am confused as to why you are asking if I had your ads when I sent gold member ads out already on 1/3/02 as I told you that I would.
