Oh, have I got an EASY peanut butter cooky recipe for you:

1 cup peanut butter (brand name is better - cheap brands come out greasy)
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
noooooo flour is needed.

mix and roll into balls. Crisscros with a sugar coated spoon or plop a hershey kiss in the middle. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F. for 8-10 minutes.

these just melt in your mouth.

Oh, I don't know if you have these cookies in the States, but my fav is a round cake with a thick layer of raspberry glacing on top.
In Dutch "roze koeken" (pink cakes), yummy, I'll see tomorrow if I can find the recipe somewhere.

BTW what happened to the recipe forum, I forgot to bookmark (stupid, stupid, stupid)

That's ok. I've got this overactive thyroid. You are supposed to LOSE weight when you have an overactive thyroid. Do I LOSE weight NOOOOOOO. I gained weight. My endocrinologist tells me some people GAIN weight because they want to eat more. The only weight I lose is from my hair falling out - THAT symptom, of course, I WOULD have. Hmmph. blink.gif

BTW - if you like peanut butter cookies - you should try that recipe up a few posts. rolleyes.gif

We have these cookies in the vending machine at work called "Grandma's Sink Cookies" and they are SOOOOOOOO good.

They have Oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and plain M&M's in them. I love those cookies. And they're so soft.

two thin crispy waffles with a gooey layer of caramel in the middle...

i found a place here in the states to get them, but they're not as fresh. sad.gif

You pretty much spelled it right smile.gif (Stroopwafels)
They actually have syrup in the middle. And yes they are very good but I had a severe stomach flu after I ate those a few years ago (it wasn't related to the cookies) and since then I can't even smell them sad.gif

To be honest I'm not much of a cookie person (Candy is my poison blink.gif ), but if I do eat cookies... I love Double Stuff Oreos!! (Can't get them from here though sad.gif ) and Pim's
