Total Cash Debits: $ -0.1100

I will pay you when you fix your information.

The terms and conditions state that you must have your COMPLETE ADDRESS INFORMATION filled out.

Can you read this email? If you can read English, then email me back with the reason as to why you didn't fix your information when I asked you too the first time you requested.

It has been in the terms for 2 months, and I emailed the ENTIRE LIST, so you know that information must be filled out.

If you request again, and your information is not filled out, you will be DELETED.

It is in the terms and conditions in BIG BLUE LETTERS, if you request one time without have complete information, you will be debited 1 cent and NOT PAID.

If you request TWO times with incomplete information, you will be debited 10 cents, and not paid.

If you request THREE times with incomplete information, your account will be deleted.

I politely emailed you back when you requested the first time, with the link to the terms page and asked you to fix your information.

The first email I sent: (I am posting this one, since he posted the one that makes me come across as rude. I just want everyone to see that I was polite in the first email, before he was debited the 10 cents).

Hello,

I just checked your account, and your information is not filled out correctly.

Please fill out your correct information, and then resend your request.

Please read my terms:
http://www.titanicrewards.com/pages/terms.php (The information you are looking for is written in blue).

Per my terms, your account will be debited 1 cent for incomplete information.

Instead of fixing your information, you requested payment again. Since you had had a chance to read the terms, then you would have seen that a second request without complete information would get you debited 10 cents.

Also, I sent out a 1 point email pointing to the terms page last month, so that everyone would have a chance to read them. I even made it a 30 second link to insure that everyone was staying long enough to actually read the terms.

That is why I asked if you could read English. I wasn't trying to be rude, I had just already pointed you to the terms page, so I wasn't sure you could understand what I was saying to you.

WTG Kimberly.

OBVIOUSLY you were very polite and helpful in your email.

The guy should be grateful that he is dealing with a fair and helpful webmistress.

You have been telling us for over a month now to make sure our info is correct in our user info section.

Heck, you even PAID us to check it out! LOL!

I think you will be hard-pressed to find anyone who will disagree with you in this particular case.

Stay cool girl be.gif

oh~~thanks every body. I have fixed my information for four hours. But now i have not received ang payment. What about Kimberly?
Peachy
nomotto....she was not waiting on pins and needles for you to fix your information.

Since several people had to spell it out for you and Kimberley had to wait on you to understand the process , I think it would be appropriate that you give her at least as much time to pay you as it took to get you to understand the instructions.

If all else fails, lets refer to the TOS, shall we?
