Paid for 500,000 banner impressions. Almost a week later, my ad was still not up. After an exchange of emails, the owner claims to have never received my ad info. Sounded like BS to me since I did submit it, but I played along and submitted it again, along with my payment info. Another few days goes by and my ad finally goes up... but hold on... I paid for 500,000 banner impressions, but instead received 50! When I confronted the owner about this, the reply I got was "no banner impressions anymore, sorry". When you say "cash" I take it you mean as opposed to redemption? Have you tried to get your money back by filing a complaint with your payment processor? You got, what, 1/10th of 1% of your purchase so I guess the minimum they should refund would be 99.9% of the purchase price plus any fees you might be charged for receiving the money back into your account? Or maybe report them to their payment processor? They decided to end banners, but that does not free them from their responsibility to make it good to you and return the money you paid for something they did not deliver.

Yes, I did file a complaint with Paypal, which will take a month and who knows if I will get my money back. Why should I have to deal with that in the first place? An honest PTR site would have refunded my money ASAP, along with an apology. I've also never heard of anything as stupid as removing banner impressions from a PTR site... it's a free way for them to make money, as opposed to paid emails, PTC's, etc!

The owners are members here. I believe one of their names is OmerDJ.

You're not the first to get ripped off by this scam site.

Good luck with Paypal. I agree that you should not have had to take that step in the first place. They should have refunded your money. But since they didn't this could be your only hope of getting your money back.



I have seen a lot of stupid things going on in the PTR world. Why do they do it? Who on earth knows.



I guess that the PO is making enough money through these tactics to want to open another such site?
