first i just want to say that this is not a complaint against a member but more to avoid someone else to be infected

member healt posted in my click exchange http://www.getpaidforum.com/forums/index.p...=169424&st=465#

he/she asked to click on a link in his sig and then click a banner in his/her personal page but that banner click sent me to a site with an attemp to load a dialer trojan/virus

like i said its not a complaint against healt because i guess he/she's probably not aware of this but is it possible to disable the sig in the waiting time that healt came online and look with his banner link

thanks

Hi, Mikkimouse.

Above all very sorry for your trouble.

Yesterday I removed that banner (it was a very new one, an Italian writing appeared) because I discovered that it is reserved to Italian people only: in fact if the clicker is Italian I can get payment, otherwise not.

I wish to underline that I am using the latest version of Norton antivirus, 2 times a week I make the live update, not only, every day I make a control using the intelligent updater, that is I download Virus Definitions (Intelligent Updater) and made a complete control of everything.

Everything is in order.

After clicking my signature you can find a pop under.
Be sure that this pop under does not cause any virus.
If someone uses a pop killer the pop under does not appear.
If you do not use a pop killer and click my signature 2 times in 24 hours the pop under does not appear anymore.

Maybe that you though that the pop under was a trojan virus?

I do hope to have been able to explain this matter nothwithstanding my poor English.

Sorry again for the trouble, obviously it is not my fault, but do not be afraid.

Bye. Take care.

Hi Healt,

thanks for your reply

i'm not a specialist but here what happened in my own words:
what happened is that my antivirus, avg, poped and said that a file in the temp internet files folder was a dialer trojan (i dont remember the name) and of course i denied the access

i use avg antivirus and crazy browser, wich have an internal popup stopper
your site wasn't the only one opened at that time so i cant be sure at 100% that the warning was related to your site, but the others ones were on sites that i think safe and yours was the only one i wasn't sure of

like i said in my post, this complaint is not against you but more as a security bell to avoid possible infection to others, i apologise in case it wasn't from something i clicked on your site

thanks again for your explanations and you pm

Here we are again, mikkimouse.

Many thanks for your reply.

I wish to underline that once again I ran a complete scan with my norton antivirus after your message and believe me, everything was in order.

You wrote that you were using your crazy brouser when you clicked my signature.
Now, I am not a specialist, too, I do not use crazy browser, but I have read that with crazy you can surf many sites at the same time.
I know and generally use some autosurf and I have read in the FAQ section of a few of them that it is possible to meet a virus when surfing.
I have just read the following in the FAQ section of nomoreclicking, for instance:

....Can I get a virus using this system?

These days it is possible to get a virus by visiting any web-site, or just by connecting to the internet.

Most viral processes use safety holes in your operating system or your internet browser, so protect yourself! If you make sure that you have the latest patches for your operating system and browser, the risk of getting a virus will be minimized. ...........

Now it is evident that even if these autosurf are serious programs, it is true that the members insert many different sites in them, so we know the autosurf, but we do not know all the sites put in them.

So, how is it possible to say that these sites (autosurf) are sure? This is my simple comment.

I do appreciate your clarifycation:

your site wasn't the only one opened at that time so i cant be sure at 100% that the warning was related to your site, but the others ones were on sites that i think safe and yours was the only one i wasn't sure of

So, summarizing, I am sure that my little page had not any virus when you clicked it, as I wrote in my previous message.

At this point, I am asking the moderator for the insertion of my signature again.
Should his thought be negative, I should like to know it, so I can put something else.

Hi, mikkimouse, I know that you wrote your message in order to avoid troubles to the members of this forum, I know that your complaint was not against myself.....

Bye.Take care.

i maybe didn't worded it correctly but its not directly your page but in one of your links, the alarm popped when i clicked a banner at your site so its not your page itself but one of the affiliate showed on it who's guilty

yes you can browse more than 1 page with crazy browser but at that time i had only 4 pages opened: 2 from the forum itself, your page and the other openened via a banner in your site, so like i said it dont come directly from you site but from one of the affiliate link showed in it

pls take a look at those links too

best regards
