I suggest you read the terms to asnwer your question. If your not sure if you can even be a member why did you bother getting such a big downline? Always read the terms before you sign-up for any program!!

I read the terms and I cant find information on this anywhere??I guess I need to upgrade to get paid then?? As far as the terms that I read say, $10 for Free Members. Maybe im wrong here!!
I think this program pay to free members too, taken from the terms

Right. It's all about the TOS. Before I join a program I always read the TOS. It's unfair against new members.
Me not very active free matey, so me probably no money
