i?d like to have own website where i can put links to sites with my referals,im new in all this .please help me.thanks

You can try bravenet or geocities. Both are free and will show you step by step where you start with web backround, what you want to say and how to add links and other things to it.
I could create layout, banners and other graphics, plus all the html coding (except text of course) (using Div Layers) for a fee. I can also advertise your GPT site for a small fee too at my online manga, ~Trust.
I suggest using Fateback. Although it has advertising, the subdomains are wonderful! I always use *yourname*.deep-ice.com which looks pretty proffesional and easy to use. The ad can be covered via your layout anyway so not everyone will notice. PM if you would like my services.

Just rip mine off and use it, just put your own links and referral id's in it. It's nothing special but it does the job and gets me referrals.
Also there is only 2 images in it so it is incredibly low in bandwidth usage. As for hosting most isp's provide some webspace so try that out, or use freewebs if you need free hosting.

If you want a free host I totally recommend Shyper they'te new but they offer FTP Upload, PHP/MySQL, CGI/BIN, some scripts, 10 Gb bandwith /month, 100 Webspace, well...they're just great

you can always try to come up with some original content...first of all it gets u more hits from google and second it will be more informative for the viewer.

i?ll be happy if u can help me ..i?ve just created my very first one website in freewebs.com maybe i?ll give you my login name and passwort to freewebs and you can do some good with my site , i have no idea how to insert to my website banners from programs where i?ve sign up, i have just links to this sites , but i guess banners will look better .thank you

I strongly recomend www.freewebs.com. It's free hosting and give u a space of 10MB, no forced ad and free web template.
If you need more space (255MB) pls. try www.free-webspace.biz but I've just signup and not active my account yet so I don't know as much as freewebs
