ive heard that theyre picky on who gets paid or not

i'm waiting about 2 months :| and yes I heard too that they choose who gets paid....and it is WRONG!!!!
Much over 2 months now. I would say 4 months.
I have ovr $35 they owe me now, and they dont even answer email queries.
What is going on?
