I tried to log into CashRoad.net, and instead ran into the suspended.page of CAC:

******
NOT FOUND:

The requested URL /suspended.page/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Is there anything wrong with CashRoad.net?

Had a feeling something like this was going to happen - received my first payment from them December 03 at which point I had enough to cashout again and did so. Their TOS said payment within 10 days - waited that long and then emailed webmaster several times and received no replies.

I was helping someone here build their downlines and they told me that they were in touch with Patricia, CashRoad's webmistress, and that her son was ill and that was why she was behind - so I laid off in light of her personal situation. Was owed over $20 at last login ah.gif

Patricia was a member of this forum at one point using the id cashroad.

As mysteriously as it went offline, it has come back online ao.gif

Which makes sense, because that error page would be what you'd see if she changed hosts and it takes 24 hours for dns to update.

Ah, thanks Carole - now just wish she would payout monies owed or at the very least respond to her emails.
papnille
Thanks to you both, Pat and Carole.

Let us hope that the program will be back to normal -- it was a good one.
usdollars
Papnille, are you awaiting payment from CashRoad?
papnille
No, not really. I was skeptik at the beginning, and got involved a little bit too late.

(Hmm. It is so hard to know which programs will become good.)

OK thanks, I think a few of us have reached payment #2 - just wondering if they are waiting as I am.

Isn't the owner using one of those affiate programs that allow incenitive clicks. My understanding is some of these programs pay but are late payers.
Like two/three months from the time of request by a WM.

So if what I was told is true, the WM is waiting to be paid, which delays them from paying you on time. They cannot pay if they don't get paid.

Hi!

I am the one who has spoken to Patricia, the webmistress. I haven't heard from her ever since that last email, but I still keep faith!

I log in each day and click only the toplink, which is a search, and then I make a couple of searches. I hope this will help her get some money and pay her members.

She made a great start with all those high links. Maybe she underestimated how fast people would reach payout.

I know that I won't give up on her, until I indeed get that 404-page all the time. I still trust people....maybe I'm not in the business long enough yet.... ae.gif

Hope you will give her the benefit of the doubt as well, and when you email her, please be kind. Nothing has ever been solved by sending angry emails. I believe she'll email us when she's ready.

Now......let the yelling at me begin! ae.gif

Yes, you are correct Shadowman - when CashRoad launched there were paid searches in the paid2click area from a search engine that did not allow incentive clicks, nor did they pay for searches from international countries and their payment terms were for 3 months from time of request.

Shortly after the first round of payments were made, CashRoad removed the paid2click section and now there are about 7 banners: 2 from 7Search, 1 for LinkBurst and the rest are for Amazon.

Hi Edithje,

Don't worry, I'm not a big believer in yelling, it doesn't get you far, just gives you something to do - kind of like a rocking chair.

Happy New Year to you and your mother aa.gif
edithje
Thanks usdollars!

I really hope for my mother that this program works out. I am used to disappointments, but she is not!

But hey, you tried to warn me, didn't you? So everything that happens here is my own fault.... ah.gif

aj.gif Still hope it works out though! ab.gif

Exactly why I'm concerned, I've been disappointed so many times now that I'd rather not go there - but I remember what the first time was like and don't want it to happen to your mother.
