Well u can make upto 3 cents a click with Opt-In-Pays and with other programs it varies but they are the highest out there.

U can't earn much from opt-in-pays , only 1 or 2 new links avaible a day ,
and u can only click 1 per hour ...

I found out that MikesPaid4Email is the best as they have almost
20-30 paid cent links per day and each of them worth 1c
