http://www.getpaidforum.com/forums/index.p...=ST&f=2&t=21788A contact of mine just informed me his paidemail accounts at many sites were hacked by the same person
He think the hacker is a webmaster.
When my account was hacked,I didn't know exactly how,but it seems there is really a hacker among webmasters
If you are using same password for some programs, change it all to different passwords
If you are in 200 paidemail sites, you will need 200 different passwords

AND to add to that.. if you play egold games make sure none of your passwords are the same as the ones you use the paidemail or for paypal/egold/netpay accounts etc.

Unfortunately that is the most logical explanation, as that is who has the easiest access to your info
Add to the fact that only top promoters, such as you, are the targets.

If this guy is using the same password, any webmaster running myecom's scripts can search by password and that will at least pull up some suspicious looking accounts.
we could then e-mail the user (seems the hacker isn't completely taking over the account by changing the e-mail) he wants the member to keep clicking the links, so if we trace the password, we could then e-mail all the members to change their passwords, and verify their accounts as correct..

Please don't do this.
You have a moneybooker's account, don't you? You can request e-gold from Moneybooker's (only 4% fee) whenever you like, so you can keep just a couple of bucks in your e-gold account every day in order to pay those members who don't have paypal or moneybookers.

Hi,
already knew this, but e-gold it's just too easy to hack. even today i received another cheat mail. In my opinion e-gold is not doing very much to stop the cheating, it is not their money i guess. I already have one member who has lost his money on mokercash due to e-gold cheaters (i refunded him, by the way). One is enough.
It's time someone launches a good fair and solid payment system. Together with some friends we are trying to set up one with fair fees(unlike stormpay) and fully international and usable for all gptr programms(unlike paypal)
for now i will keep open e-gold, don't worry, but one more cheating and i'm canceling it.

No, that is hurting members who want to be paid by E-Gold. The problem is that people who uses E-Gold signed up using the same password they used for their GPTR programs. If you signed up under a webmaster who is not honest, than he could steal your money from your E-Gold account because that person gave him their password. So far, nobody stole my money from E-Gold yet because it is not the same password to any of the programs I joined. The Aluria product costs $29.95 without taxes and shipping and handling. I think it is like $35 to $37 dollars range which includes taxes, and s&h. I tried the free trial version, and found several keyloggers that the others do not have listed.
