If somebody knows a good way to contact the adamin I sure would like to know because the same happened to a bunch of other people and they will not answer emails or contacts from their contact form. Ive been waiting for atleast a month and a half for my payout that was debited and now I only can get my emails on the site inbox. Tried to contact them about that too.

Ummmm I"m sure there is a email address on their website labeled "contact us" ? not sure tho. I've always been paid within 1 week or even days.

Yeah and that contact us button is a huge joke. These webmasters never reply to anything. NOTTA! I have sent about 50 emails to them over the course of my membership and NEVER got a reply back.. and Im an upgraded member... thats what I call great customer service...NOT!

About payments, I have always gotten paid before, but thats not saying its going to happen now. But they have NEVER contacted me back from ANY of my emails.

From the paypal receipts I get after they pay me, they are based in China, maybe they no speaka/reada english...

no help, I know, but maybe an explanation for lack of communication???

I mean, their whole site IS in English.

I'm pretty sure they speak English, too. They do send out admin emails in English, afterall.

I'm sorry the OP has not yet been paid. I have personally been paid 3 times with no problems. I hope you get this resolved soon!

[COLOR=green]I've been paid 6 times. After the first few payments I stopped counting the length of time, but I doubt if it's ever been more than a week to ten days. I just keep clicking. Sometimes I click til I havee 4 or 5 dollars and that's what he pays. It could be the sheer number or e-mails. You say you e-mailed 50 times? There is a list of allowable countries are you in one? Sorry to hear of your problem but so far I have none.

just a question about joinusmail since i know both are from the same wm..
when u clicked the request button, does it appear as debit immediately?? coz i know the answer is yes for gainmail... but not sure about joinusmail.. coz i requested it a few days ago.. but now i found out it didn't debit my balance yet... so i'm confuse if i really did clicked the request button...

Yes its very confusing when some programs you click redemption it instantly debits the money while other programs debit when they pay you. Also why cant they put a date when you click on redemption.

To answer your question icy when i click redemption for JoinUsMail the money was not debited. So im guessing that it is debited when they pay you. But i can only speculate as i have been waiting two weeks for payment and about to reach $10 their. So im not sure if i have to click redemption again or wait till i get my first $5. I really wish both JoinUsMail and WePayMail replied back to emails. But they dont.

Ive gotten 2 very quick payouts from gainmail.. I love it...

I have been paid by Li 11 times and only one time I had to email him and was paid right away. I always receive fast payment from Li.
I am not upgraded nor do I have a big downline.
