There are two catagories: PHYSICAL and VIRTUAL (also reloadable or not).
you can withdraw at any ATM that accepts the physical card. with the virtual, you only get the number and valid for online shopping.

physical card costs a lot more than virtual card (typically more than $50-100 only for the card). I found this sites: epaydirect.net and gold-atm.biz offering physical card at lower cost which can be funded by e-gold. I haven't got any experience with them.

PHYSICAL cards is very expensive for me (
It cost ~40-70 USD +
Monthly fee: ~5-12 USD+
Loaded e-gold ~3%+
ATM fee ~1.5-3.85 USD (US or Int)+

$50 to order card. Comes preloaded with $10

I've been using for almost a year now, and have been very happy with them. Funding generally takes a couple hours.

I think paypal has something like this, but you have to upgrade to a Premium account (which is free, but they will start taking out fees for receiving regular paypal payments).

yeah...I have friends in India and one in Sweden and they ordered Intgold cards 3-4 months ago. Guess what?! The cards didn't work in their countries.

I ordered a card from IncrementalGold, I received it and it works very good.
Indeed, the card didn't come preloaded with $10 but it WORKS !

I guess this is only for US users. that's why people from non-US or non-paypal countries need an e-gold's funded card.

The card funding fee is 3% NOT 3.5% and the card funding process takes 3-4 hours.

If you?re interested I just found and started using a great debit card that doesnt even require a bank account or credit check. Here are some of its benefits:
1) It costs only $9.95 (one time fee)
2) It is a MasterCard
3) You don?t need to have a bank account
4) You can give them as gifts (gift cards)
5) There is no credit check
6) You can use the built in Bill Pay system to pay bills on the web
7) Deposited money is FDIC insured
8) You can give one to your kids and put their allowance, lunch money, prepaid telephone funds, etc. on it.
9) It is also a prepaid calling card at 4.9 cents per minute.
