Paid to Surf programs are really old. There need to be more newer paid to surf.

Yes, degoo is great . I`m close to my first payout without any referral(I mean active, cuz 5 inactive which I get are complete waste of my time )

I've got a few inactives too - in fact all of my referrals are inactive, lol.

I reckon they signup, use the surfbar for a while, then just forget about it and eventually remove it from their computer.
It would be great if we could email our downline there.. prod 'em up a bit, tell them to be a bit more active, lol.

spedia used to be better when their bar wasn't so screwed up....it doesn't keep track of anything anymore, so i would surf 1 hr and it only credits like 5 points....i've been paid 2 times by spedia b4....but that was long time ago, i only use degoo now

I think there are a couple of german paid-to-surf sites that still pay... try cashlinks.de if you can understand german
