I'm right in saying that these lot are no longer paying cash and earnings are only redeemable for advertising and auction bids?
I'm sure I'm reading it right! Every time I write, their mailbox is full, I've also been trying to cash out for 4 weeks without success.

I was wondering the exact same thing - and of course, the website has not been updated (last time I looked anyway)
Why do WMs put out such mails BEFORE they update their sites ??????????????

i got a feeling they never intend to pay anyways.
i had requested just 32 cents when they had the 25 cents withdrawl limit,
and that was about a month ago, never got payment for it. dont think ill ever get payed. im not bothering with this one anymore. with the new year im getting rid of the slow earning programs and the ones that only send like 1 email a month, which one never reaches cashout.

I have a feeling that they're not going to pay since I've requested payment and have yet to see my money. I tried sending them an email but it bounced...

The only address that doesn't seem to bounce is support@emailpayall
Not had any kind of reply though and if other addresses are bouncing it suggests they don't even know how to manage their own email.

I did get paid by them once, $13 and some change, right after they had that referral contest.
Ever since then, though, all the emails have been for points only. They probably panicked once people started requesting payouts, since they quickly dropped the referral bonus from 10 cents to 2 cents, now I'm not sure if it is anything now.
Just like a lot of other programs, I was hopeful with this one, but now it appears to be a completley different program than when I signed up and got all the referrals!
